Delivery is expensive, the product description was not clear on the web site. At the end I returned the purchased item.

Will never buy again with flannels. Had a missing item from my parcel which had DPD tape on it. When I queried this with flannels they investigated and told me it had been packed and they wouldn’t refund me. Wouldn’t even investigate with their nominated courier which is DPD. My advise to people is don’t use them and if you do check contents of parcel before signing because you will not get your money back.

I paid £9.99 for next day delivery and it come 2 days later, I perposely payed the £9.99 as I needed it for the next day!!!

I would not bother with click and collect- the company returns policy does not receive returns in store. Waste of time, as well as having to pay to receive an item and pay to return it.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Ordered some trainers online and Paid £6.99 to collect them from store. When I collected the shoes I realised they have sent the incorrect trainers in the box. The Store assistants were unable to assist and advised I had to do everything online which I think is ridiculous as any other store if you order online you can return to store I have never had a problem doing that in the past. This was 5 days ago and I am still waiting for a resolution. Since then the trainers I actually ordered have gone out of stock. Will not be shopping with flannels again.

Awful customer service, don't reply to emails. Sent a t shirt with a hole in it. Would not recommend. Still waiting for refund.

Having spent £360 on a pair of trainers. I found the £6.99 delivery charge outrageous. I will not be ordering from this site again.

Parcel was lost in transit no reply to e-mails had to ring around everywhere to eventually find parcel as no customer service number to ring.Very poor.

Prices are more than most other sites. To add insult to injury, the postage costs are over the top for the service offered. Far from impressed. Will not be returning.

My Canada Goose coat arrived and the inner lining of the coat was ripped down the seam. Very disappointed especially when; 1)I cannot return to a store. 2) there are no more of my size left online Also the coat cane poorly folded in a Van Mildert dust bag. Other than that, purchasing the coat was very easy and came very quickly.

I ordered a size 12 and was sent a 10 despite the paperwork saying a 12! Too late now for the party I was going to and I have to pay for the return post

Hello Flannels, I ordered for my son 2 items, around £ 160 , but the customer service was nul . I paid for delivery , 1 item was alright but the second one I had to send it back. I paid again to be changed, even after more then a week, I have no idea what happened about that item! no email, no text message, just fog! For such a prestigious company I had such great expectations , but unfortunately our experience was horrible . I feel so sorry my son who wanted so much to wear what we ordered! Very bad experience indeed! First time & last time when we ll used flannel online !

For a company as big as flannels not being able to exchange for other products to the equivalent value is very poor. Also had a 20% promo used for my birthday and as I returned the item I asked if I could re use on something else and was refused. Think this is pretty poor also. This experience has probably put me off using flannels again.
