Been shopping at Flannels in Birmingham for over 15 years as a regular customer purchasing high end items. The shopping experience there used to be exclusive and luxurious similar to Harvey Nichols or Selfridges but in recent years just seems like any other semi-branded high street store like Scott's or Tessuti. Made an online order which cost £6.99 to pick up in store !!!! Normal high street shops dont even charge this but Flannels do even when spending hundreds of pounds !!!! Experience when collecting in store was basic and staff did not seems to know what they were doing even when the store was empty !!!! Not good customer service or welcoming in any way. Will avoid Flannels online and in-store moving forward if items are available elsewhere.

My item still isn’t ready to collect even though I ordered it on the 4th of November! 21 days ago! I went into the metro centre store last week to check it wasn’t there as it seemed a bit strange I hadn’t received an email of a company like yourselves. The man I spoke too couldn’t be arsed to go check and just said if you haven’t got an email it won’t be here. Now you want me to review my item when I don’t have it.

Rubbish company I bought a bag online it came wth a scratch on back there is no number for customer service just email. I managed to contact but won’t send return label to send bag. It’s £209 bag I have already paid £6,99 now I have to pay more to send a faulty item back.

When paying premium prices for products I expect free delivery. Spent £175 and still had to pay £6.99 for delivery. The quality of the Armani polo was so poor I had to return it for a refund. Another £6 paid on return postage as the return label is not pre paid. Will not be shopping here again

My order wasn’t incomplete, I was sent an empty box, spoke to the customer and they were not able to help. Saying it wasn’t an empty box when it was send out & I don’t understand how my glasses of £155 got lost. If I end up ordering from this website again which I would never ever do it again, it’s won’t be multiply items at a go. Also informed my family and friends about this website even my other glasses that was delivered, arrived like a second use, their was no packing at all, it’s arrived in a plastic wallet with scratches all over. My advice to people is to be careful of this website no trust at all and be careful.

Took 5 days to reply to my enquiry about a return as I wanted to change my £150 armani jumper from L to XL I paid for next day delivery and it took 5 days to even reply about my exchange

If I could rate no stars I would. Absolutely disgusted with the way they handle their customer services... Placed an order with an additional £6.99 home delivery .. I received confirmation of my order via email , I then received another email a couple of says later but from DPD stating my order was with my local Sainsbury’s store and should be ready to collect after 12 midday on this certain date. I then emailed Flannels to query this arrangement ... after a lot of emails back n forth they came to the conslusion I had amended this once the tracking email was sent to me. I asked them why would I have done this when paying £6.99 for home delivery.. they are yet to show me proof of this after they say they have contacted DPD . They are no asking me to take this up with DPD. My contract is with the company I ordered from and paid the additional delivery charge with, their contract is with DPD - but instead of listening to the customer and being helpful they are suggesting I contact DPD the courier company they appointed to send out their deliveries.. I will be contacting DPD for further investigation myself. But I would like to stress the level of service I have experienced. I will be making an official complaint regarding the level of service they are showing.. I would suggest anyone who uses Flannels to please consider using another company .. one that charges less for home delivery and has a better level of customer service.

I placed an order with you guys yesterday on a D&G bag and the money was deducted from my account immediately only for me to receive an email tonight later on that my order has been cancelled due to not being able to deduct money when you have indeed deducted payment and shipment charges!!! I can’t believe I am experiencing this as a first timer!! This is totally in acceptable!! How dare you take money of my account and claim payment was refused what kind of a fraud company are you???!!! If only I have to read the horrible reviews about your company I wouldn’t have bothered shopping with you guys!! Can you please return my money with immediate effect!! Order number is...APPFLAN40000052020406 and I have attached all screenshots of how you took my money and come telling me payment wasn’t authorised!! You frauds!!!

On receiving my parcel, I wasn’t very happy. One of the hoodies I ordered wasn’t in the appropriate plastic packaging. It was as though someone had taken the hoody from the shop floor and just screwed it up and thrown it in the bag! It was full of black marks - bearing in mind this was a white hoody, and for the price I paid, I was expecting it to be well packaged etc of which it wasn’t. It wasn’t even packaged in one of those clear plastic bags! This is not very good on your part as when I am paying at least £70 per item from flannels, I expected more care etc when handling/posting paid and expensive goods from you. As a loyal customer, I’m sure you can tell I’m a not very happy chap! I had high expectations from flannels but will now take my custom elsewhere.

First of all I paid £10 for next day delivery and my order did not come next day (I ordered this parcel at 7am) also I changed delivery address and the parcel did not arrive to the address I changed it to!

Items and packaging were scruffy not worth the money.. shoes had been taken back as could see theybe been tried on and faulty box all damaged.. charges 6.99 delivery plus to return a damaged item

I bought a pack of 3 and a pack of 2 versace boxer shorts...opened the delivery to find the boxes completely ripped the shorts were just chucked in and on one pair the alarm tag was still on them.. I'm rang the Cardiff tore spoke to an Italian man who was very rude, he wasn't interested at all.. I spend a lot of money in flannel so when you pay for something you a least expect the items to be neat and tidy

This is not a review on the product as i HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! You need to change your delivery couriers! I still have not received my order dispute using DPD's online system to ask them to deliver to a neighbour TWICE! The 3rd time they came they decided to ignore my two requests and deliver to a local store which is only open whilst I am at work!!
