Terrible customer service incorrect information re sizing so had to send back at my cost can’t understand why you can’t return in store. It was a joke with the voucher scheme. When you ring customer service they clearly don’t care will never buy from flannels again.

Terrible after sales service and jacket ordered online was not in line with UK sizing, so was a very poor fit. Tried to return to store and despite the fact they only offer credit note they were still unwilling to even take the jacket back. So I now have to pay to post back a jacket that was approximately 4 sizes smaller than advertised and on the label. Would not shop at Flannels.

My complete order has not arrived. Items were missing. I contacted Flannels and told them immediately that items were missing. They told me after investigation, all items were meant to be in one parcel so they closed the case apparantly. However, a few days later, I received another parcel which contained only one of my missing items. Clearly Flannels lied that all items were in one parcel. I am still awaiting my gucci trainers which I paid over £400 for.

I think it is shocking that you can’t take items back to a store and you get charged for delivery then you have to pay to send the items back that don’t fit. So your paying about £20 in delivery costs and don’t have anything to show for it.

Absolutely ridiculous spend a fortune on items n still Av to pay 6.99 delivery n then Av to pay delivery if need to return anything rip off 😡 can't return in store

Tried to cancel the order before it was dispatched, this can only be done via email. A week has passed and this email still hasn’t been answered. I refused the delivery when the courier turned up. Will I get my money back? That’s a very good question. Gucci prices, Sports Direct service...... What else should one expect from a Mike Ashley owned business.

Bought a size 10 coat ‘true to size’ and it absolutely drowned me, and they do not have a size 8. Theres no FREE returns like most places. So it has cost me £6 delivery and £11 return for a coat that was wrongly described, so I had to return, £17 for absolutely nothing!!

I haven't received my parcel a week after the due dilivery date, this was a birthday present for my boyfriend. His birthday has past and I haven't been able to give him his present

Wasn’t happy the item I received didn’t come in a duster box, it was a saint laurent bag that always comes in a box, I even went to the saint laurent shop and they said they always send there items with a box

You sent me the wrong size and it cost me £11 to send the item back - lets hope you send me the correct size once you have received my return

Flannels do not offer a free returns postage option if you return a whole order. This means that you have to send items back which have inadequate insurance (or you will be liable if it’s lost in the post) you will most likely be out of pocket. Most retailers do not operate this way and it’s a shame Flannels expect their customers to be out of pocket when an order is returned.

Terrible experience with Flannels. Ordered jacket but immediately realised it was wrong size so tried to cancel order minutes later. They refused to cancel order and now will not reimburse me for the postage to return the package.

Genuinely up there with the worst customer service ive ever recieved! Was told in store if I would be able to return something for a cash refund, bought something at £160 to then be told I couldn’t get a refund only a store credit. Phoned the store who told me to phone customer services which told me the exact same thing and were less than helpful. What was the point of telling me to phone them for the same outcome? The store literally scammed me into spending £160 in store due to ignorance of staff. Take no responsibility for their mistake and I am still left out of pocket. Do not give them your money. Staff are also beyond abnoxious (beside a few who were apologetic), interupt you on the phone and extremely unsympathetic. Genuinely don’t see the point in even having a compaints service when they cannot be resolved. Will never be using this company again.
