Very disappointed that we ordered a stone island jumper only to arrive without a logo, when I reported this you sent me a badge!! Really I pay £190 for a jumper to sew on my own badge, not good at all, was recommended but not sure I’ll return

I ordered a coat and it arrived quickly but it did not fit me and I needed to return it. I am really disappointed in such a big company that I had to pay to return the coat. So I am left £3.95 out of pocket!!! I will not be shopping here again and will advise my friends and family not to either!

Item missing from parcel...no contact telephone number. Received email asking for my number to call me ...still waiting. Now received an email basically warning me they will prosecute anyone who obtains goods by deception and have evidence of my necklace been packed. I have now asked for this evidence.

Initially was sen a dirty, obviously worn hair of shoes in a battered box and a shirt in a ripped bag. Customer services did do all thy could to resolve but the only way to get a new pair in time for my son's birthday was to buy a new pair and send the others back for a refund. I ignored all of their 1 star ratings - I wouldn't do the same if I were you as it seems they are very accurate reflection of what you can expect when you buy on line from this business.

I placed an order which should have been delivered the beginning of last week, I contacted the courier (DPD) to change the delivery date to Friday 7th, I check on my DPD app on Friday to find out where the parcel was and it just said being returned to flannels, when I contacted them I found out the parcel was damaged, not sure how true this is as it seemed fine to be delivered at the beginning of the week. I immediately contacted yourself last Friday to inform you of this and to ask you to forward the items again to me as these are a Christmas present for my son and an expensive package, I have heard nothing from you, I would have thought you would have treated this as a priority problem, especially as it was a rather expensive order that was placed. I have used your company lots before and am really cross with the current situation.

Delivery was quick. However I was sent a faulty t shirt. What’s the point of a safety pin t shirt with out the actually safety pin attached?? When you ring customer service they can’t help! People are spending money not to get sent faulty items then get told there’s nothing that can be done after that. I mean you can’t even go in to a store and swap the item! First and last time shopping here.

I have ordered some stuff online and you’ve sent me and email saying that the transaction has been complete, and once iv received the clothes about 2 days later you have requested the money from my bank and it made it go into overdraft when you should of just took it out of my bank or atleast requested it to make it go pending on my account. Then when I tried ringing and emailing the customer service I have had no answer and it’s been nearly a week.

Did not receive my items and because dpd said they got gps signal of the driver outside my house they have closed the investigation i don’t class that as proof of delivery the driver probably did come outside my house doesn’t mean he delivered the item I am out of pocket a few hundred pound and didn’t even receive my items really poor service

They turned down my order during the black Friday sale on the ground that it was out of stock, but I found on their website that this item was available, at least two available.

Delivery charges are ridiculous and then had to package and return item by post as shop wouldn’t give refund. Any other shop does. Won’t be rushing to order again

Within my order I paid for a Gucci belt, it never arrived, I’ve emailed flannels and no body has had the decency to contact, I want either the belt or the money back

Cost 6.99 for delivery and had to pay to return you would think when paying over £200 for an item that turned out to be of poor quality that I wouldn't be £12 out of pocket for delivery charges!!!

Flannels sent me a pair of shoes that were very visibly damaged and should not have passed quality control and now want me to pay to return the item after already having paid an exaggerated amount for delivery in the first place.

I bought a jacket it charged me twice on Black Friday left me with no money for a week and didn’t get the jacket because the payment hadn’t gone through so had to re order it and won’t get my Black Friday voucher

Very expensive delivery fees and you even have to pay to send an item back. I will not be shopping here again. Poor customer service!

Absolutely frustrated, order placed 3 weeks ago and parcel still hasn’t arrived. Contacted multiple times through email & social media, either not replying or ask you to contact the courier. Think carefully before ordering from them.

the goods arrived late & when opened still has the security tag on so I sent back for an exchange & they have said I will get a refund!!!!! also trying to get in contact is very slow & difficult
