I was sent the wrong item. I asked several times for the correct item to be sent to me. I returned the incorrect item. Today I got notification of a refund. I didn’t want a refund, my son and I wanted the T-shirt I ordered. Very poor customer service where it seems that the agent wasn’t reading my emails properly or didn’t care.

No communication at all. Email does not confirm amount on refund. Can not contact you via telephone. Charged both ways for delivery when good not suitable. Size of clothes totallydifferent to other shops therefore not suitable Rubish service will not be ordering again.

I ordered something online, spent £7.99 delivery which I think is a bit excessive compared to other online companies. Anyway, when the item arrived, it was totally the wrong item. So I then had to pay to send it back (again, other online companies have free returns). When the item went back, the item I ordered was no longer available so got a teething instead. So basically disappointed I got sent the wrong item and then be told what I originally ordered was no longer in stock. Also I basically gave flannels £10 for delivery and sending item back and ended up with no item, so just gave away £10. Very disappointed to say the least

After staff in store telling me to order a jacket online as they didn’t have the size in store they told me I should also order the hat I wanted as well and I would receive a voucher to spend in store. The failed to mention I had to pay for store delivery, when I did order and the payment was processed my jacket order was then cancelled as they were out of stock in the size they allowed me to order. I am still waiting on confirmation for the delivery of the hat and hat to pay for delivery to the store when I could have bought the hat in store at the time so I’ve spend more money than I had to and very disappointed..... it’s been over a week and still no confirmation of the hat being delivered either.

I have not received my order although DPD are saying it was delivered I have been contracting Flannels since the parcel has been marked as delivered on 12th Dec and have had no response, I need these items for Christmas presents and its disgusting you can take peoples money and not fulfil the order and then ignore any contact, I cant afford to reorder so that's my partner with no Christmas present

i ordered a jacket fro my daughter size 16yrs naturally I also paid postage the jacket arrived flannels had sent the wrong size (aged 14-15yrs!!!) of course I had to send it back and thus also had t0 pay the return postage??? and for what nothing because then i get an email advising they had refunded the cost of the jacket because they didn't have the size I required i.e. aged 16yrs!!! so my dealing with flannels cost me nearly £9 in postage for nothing!!!

Got a bag as a Christmas gift for someone and the box that the bag came in was really dirty, battered and for some reason the bottom of the box has be drawn on with pink pen on the bottom of the box. This is not acceptable and this is also suppose to be a Christmas gift and it looks like it’s second hand.

The wrong item was dispatched , which I returned , I still haven’t had confirmation that you will send out what I ordered or give a refund - very very poor communication and service levels , would not recommend as no telephone number provided to speak with anyone . Maybe you’ll read this and help get it resolved so I get my sons gift in time for Xmas !

I paid for express delivery and still have not received my order been told hopefully thursday by DPD, two weeks is not express delivery and I emailed Flannels to explain this and have not had any reply from anyone in your company despite being told you reply in 72 hours!! will i even get my order for Christmas? its my sons christmas present and being in Cyprus now have no time to go elsewhere your delivery agent is very poor! when we order with other companies and have TNT or DHL delivery its 4 days!

Terrible customer service, will never buy from them again. Website states next day delivery but when it doesn’t arrive there is no accountability nor apology. Definitely would not recommend. Also the courier falsified the proof of delivery!

Shocking customer service. I have not received the item ordered I have received someone else’s order. I am sick of emailing but no one is bothered to sort my problem out. Theyve taken my money but NOT provided the goods ordered and no one is listening. Very very disappointed with them as a company. Would not recommend or buy from them again.

The worst shipping expirience starting from u clear sizing, late delivery, no number to call to make inquiries or clarefication and finishing beyond bad customer service. Who instead of sorting the uncler sizing on the website and providing a replacement to the item that was clearly wanted by me, just washed her hands of any responsibility ignoring the issue raised. The last message to customer service representative that didn’t even generated a response after 2 email where I specified the issue that the size I recived was the wrong size US8 I Syed of UK8. That followed by reply that after she checked I did recive the size I order. Please see below: Your sizing is missleadibg on the website, as mentioned I was ordering uk8 and this what it appeared to be especially when it showed in Bruckets(4) that is coloraturas to US4 that is UK8. Instead of offering to correct this, taking on that maybe how you present the item online is misspeaking and sending me the right size and earning a customer through proper customer support ( taking a note from how thing spear on your website and creating a better customer expiring), instead with how you respond and not even having a number to communicate through you making sure I will never buy with you again and will also tell all my friends not to do it. There are hundreds of online shops with great customer expirience and are the one who will survive and train the customer. I do most of the shopping online as it’s the easiest and better way ( as most of the people I know who have buzy lives ) The full experience you provide including the late delivery, misleading sizing on the website, and how you deal with it is beyond poor. There is very little chance you survive. I am sure the owner would not be happy and would of been happier with taking the feedback on, creating better online expirience and retaining the customer and not the way the situation is dealt. It’s the first time I shopped with you and the last one! I will make sure to communicate my feedback to the directors office.

I was not happy with my jeans and was extremely disappointed to find I had to spend £15 to return the jeans I didn't want. You should do free returns. I won't be shopping with you again. Still awaiting refund.
