£6.99 for delivery is shocking and then I couldn’t return to my local store. Not enough description on the website regarding the product.

Cancelled part of my order took so long to inform me had to call them so many time. For a company that’s well known come could have informed me sooner it was means to be a Birthday prescent

Ordered a Saint Laurent bag that was sold out everywhere else and paid nearly £7 for delivery. DPD claim I myself signed for the parcel which is physically impossible as I wasn’t even home. Flannels gave a timeframe in which the issue should be resolved by, and after that timeframe had elapsed, they just kept sending more emails saying it’s STILL being investigated. They also addressed two emails sent to me, by the incorrect name. Clearly don’t know how to run a business and now I’m hundreds of pounds out of pocket. AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE!!! Plenty of other reliable places to shop from

I paid £6.99 postage then paid £4.75 to return the item for a change of size on a £225.00 jumper . I was refunded £225.00 they didn’t have the size I needed so I’m now £11.74 out of pocket 😡waist of time.got it from somewhere else free postage and they did free returns.

Purchased some jeans from flannels. On sale at 236. I then look back 4/5 days later and the same jeans still available in the same sizes had been further reduced to 165 pounds. Fell like I lost out on 70 pounds. Emailed for a explanation and got no reply. Done a lot of purchases with you guys but think I will be looking else where in future

If I could give minus star I would , disgusting customer service department , still no order and no reply to my complaint , would advise anyone to not order and stay well clear

I ordered a pair of Gucci trainers for a Christmas present they were delivered as promised but they were worn or used as sales floor shoes, either way the leather was crinkled the stickers in side the shoes were worn off! The box was tatty and all the tissue paper in the box was torn! As soon as they were delivered I took them back to the Solihull store, they did not have the trainers in stock so sent me to the Birmingham store as they had two pairs available, so I could change the pair I was sent. Only to be told that Birmingham store could not help me, I shouldn’t of been sent there and they were not wiling to take the loss against there store.... as they could not resell these trainers!!!! I was told to send them back how I ordered them and wait for a new pair to be delivered, but the store could not confirm they’d be delivered by Christmas. I was treated as though It was my fault, that I had done this to the trainers and I had done something wrong. I was only doing what the Solihull store had told me to do! I then got upset and could not believe that a company as big as yours could deliver such shocking service. Silly me for assuming I would receive a brand new pair of trainers especially when they cost £360! The store manager then told me he would in fact take this loss against he’s store even though he shouldn’t and it’s not he’s fault I was sent a used pair, again making me feel it was my fault! But in the end he did change them...after I was brought to tears. I will never shop at this store or order anything on line ever again! If I could rate lower I would! I’ll stick with selfridges from now on! Disgusting service

Ordered a pair of Grensons as a gift and was shocked when opening the box to discover two completely different coloured shoes. Obviously ex display. And obviously not checked before sending. Thought better of a luxury retailer. Won’t order offline from you again.

Think a company like flannels that sells designer clothes at such a premium should offer free delivery! £180 on a jumper then £8 on delivery. Terrible!

Paid £6.99 for a parcel to be delivered to my house. Said it would be delivered Friday, didn’t come. DPD rearranged it to be delivered Saturday, it still didn’t arrive. They then said it would be delivered Sunday, it didn’t arrive. Ended up having to go out myself and pick it up on the Monday. £6.99 for this. Absolutely poor service for the money I’ve paid

Informed parcel was with DPD to be delivered at store of my choice went 2 days running to find parcel not delivered then message that flannels had requested item to be returned avoid this company as impossible to speak to anyone when u send an email told its in a queue dont even know if i will get refunded as dont trust them

Delivery timing good but cost of €6.99 for 2 packs of pants way way to much and I had to pay another 3.50 for returns. Will not use this company again.

Ordered a Tshirt as a Christmas present, the item had been out of stock since August so as soon as it was in stock I ordered it. The tshirt arrived to be packaged without the plastic sleeve it usually comes in and was covered in dirty finger prints and stains. I am absolutely disgusted as I have ordered many times from here before and received everything in good time and perfect condition. I will not be ordering from flannels again and am disappointed I have paid for delivery and then had to pay to return the item, leaving me out of pocket for a mistake of yours.

Very poor customer service my parcel was due to be delivered to a pick up point but has been lost dpd are investigating but no phone number for flannels and only an automated response and I am money down with nothing to show I expected so much more from such a respected company

Really disappointed first time I have shopped with flannels, I normally shop at Harvey Nicolls or selfridges. I ordered duplicate items in error and tried to exchange in store as they were Christmas gifts. I was told they do not accept exchanging items in store I would need to return items at my own cost wait for a refund and then order again. Which will likely not arrive before Christmas. For a premium retail store this is not the service you would expect. Definitely not Taylored to make the customer life easier. Will stick to selfridges in future.

My parcel was not delivered to the designated store because it was full. This was a Christmas present and has been sent back. Still waiting for refund but I did want the parcel.very disappointed. Will not be using website again.
