I ordered 7 items and two of the most expensive items were missing from the parcel. The parcel had clearly been opened and re sealed between leaving Flannels and arriving at my home and I am out of pocket to the tune of £245. Flannels don’t accept responsibility and neither do their delivery company. Registered a complaint with and online dispute resolution company. Appalling customer service.

took money from account quickly, then to be told my order does not exist, Even though all emails confirming? after several emails they found my order, customer service awful (except a Gemma from customer services eventually responded well to my emails and found my order and was delivered next day thank you)

i received a damaged and not clean 2 shirt and this a huge shame from your website!! and as well as i paid for international delivery why when in it deliver to kuwait they ask aramex to pay also 13 kuwaiti dinar and it was a birthday gift and i feel very embarrassment waiting for your response asap!!

Well I’m very disappointed not with you guys but with DPD !! It’s not arrived !! Only attempted 1 delivery in 5 days....I have chased and chased !! Can you please ask or get an update please on where my shoes are.... ???

I ordered a Vivienne Westwood shirt. It was reduced from £249 to £110. When it arrived it was creased , dirty and looked like it had been worn. It went straight back which cost me postage.

I bought some shoes online and had them delivered to the store. I picked them up and took them home. I tried them on and they didn’t fit. I then tried to take them back to the store to send them back and they wouldn’t take them back. Please bare in mind I live 15 miles away from the store. I then had to pay £26 to have them delivered to insure them of the value. Not happy to say the least!!!

Sent me the wrong item. When I told them what had been sent they tried telling me they don’t stock the item I received. Terrible customer service.

I had this delivered to the shop where I was unable to go and pick it up so had a my mam pick this up. NO ID was presented and the package was handed over. Effectively I could have had anyone go in and pick this up I am disappointed that this has been allowed.

The Black Friday offer; £50 voucher for £250 spent is a con. customer service team simply make up added on Ts and Cs and apologise that you are in essence right, that isn’t what they stipulate ... ridiculous

Absolutely appalling quality goods which weren't cheap and one of them was faulty!!! Delivery costs of £7 and nearly £4 to return them!! Would not buy from here again and await my refund including postage costs!!! Very disappointed!

I received my items in a prompt manner however when returning an item for exchange I have had no communication as to where the exchange item is up to. There is no contact number to speak to a representative, no relevant information on the website, and stores have no access to systems, other than to state the order doesn’t exist. I now do not have my items nor my money. Additional to this I received an email with order details, addressed to ‘Phil’ despite this evidently not being my name, stating incorrrect information regarding money off vouchers. Somewhere along the lines my order has been mixed up with another order which is a gross breach of GDPR laws and legislations. I am hugely disappointed with the service received so far from an otherwise reputable company.

My Balmain jumper arrived with a button missing off one shoulder! Not a cheap jumper, so really not impressed! Button was rattling around in the bag!😡
