Awful service, goods sent out ok but not delivered to my chosen pick up point they were apparently sent back by the delivery company. I have still not been informed of the reason why even though I have asked twice was then told I would have to wait 14 days for my money back which I complained about as needed the money to try and get my son something else for xmas. To be fair this was sorted out fairly quickly. Tried at the shop in Meadowhall to get an alternative no joy and customer service appalling. Decided to try an alternative retailer who luckily know how to treat customers. My advice is to go to one of the better high retailers you may pay a few pound more but 100% better experience.

You duplicated my order and charged me twice. Your customer service is appalling - either incorrect advice, or no response what so ever. Over a week later and I'm still trying to get you to resolve the problem, but not getting any response. Would never buy from Flannels again and think other customers should use your website with caution, to avoid being out of pocket, or in this stressful situation themselves.

Very bad service! I ordered something 6 days ago and it has not arrived! And when I told customer service they said they will look into it and have not got back to me yet! Very diassapointed and will want a FULL refund!

Customer services is shocking. My parcel was deliver open and missing items they told me the would speak to the parcel company who already knew items was missing. But they have not replaced them or refunded me I’ve lost out over £600 this company is a joke not worth spending money there

Terrible service. Confirmed a delivery date to me and took day off and never arrived. Sent it a few days later with no update or apology. Shocking customer service avoid them

Bought a top and it came with black marks on it from the sleeves where it had been folded. Sent pictures and 3 emails to be told to return it or have £10 discount. The state of the top was not fit for sale and should not have been sent out in the first place. Not a happy customer again.

Disgusting customer service. I found a sticker on my shoes at a price less than half what I paid! They told me to post a picture (knowing they will never help me). They are just scammers and when I eventually speak to someone on the phone they don’t help!

I ordered some kenzo trainers for my 14 year old son for his main Christmas present and despite the money being taken from my bank a cheaper WRONG pair have been sent out to us ( I can not get a hold of anyone by phone and have had NO response from from any emails and this has ruined our Christmas 👿👿

Nothing wrong with the product or online service only disappointment was I went in to the Leeds store twice and the product wasn't in stock so I asked on both occasions weather they could order me the product in store to pick up as this was most convenient to me but was told they couldn't do that for me (I have had products ordered in store by the store previously) so I'd have to order it online or go to another store, was then told they had the product in stock in manchester so travelled there only to find out they didn't have it either then had to order it myself online to store and go pick it up very disappointed in the service.

Paid for next day delivery costing £10 for it to turn up two days later. To make it worse have emailed customer services and nobody has replied to me. Absolutely disgusting.

This review is on just my experience, although my boyfriend buys all the time and never has an issue. I ordered a gift for my partner on 15th dec, after trying to get an answer every day And getting pushed pillow to post I was finally told that the gift had got lost between warehouse and courier and that they were now out of stock so were canceling order. I understand that this happens, but this gift was ordered in advance to be able to send to Afghanistan were my boyfriend is currently serving. The length of time it took to rectify means that I did not make the last date to send and he is now without any gift. I think that the customer service could have been better, it shouldn’t take over a week, almost two to find out why the parcel had not got to me.

I ordered on 13th told be delivered on 17th - it’s now 21st and still no products. Flannels say DPD have & DPD say flannels have not dispatched. Can not call anyone as it’s all via email. No human reply just automated. Annoyed & disappointed is an understatement

Would never buy from flannels again. Ordered 2 pairs of jimmy choo’s for my wedding day both pairs were damaged and looked like they had been previously warn. Went in store and the manager was very unhelpful. Didn’t expect this level of service from flannels. Best to buy direct from jimmy choo. Would not recommend to anyone
