Ordered a size 7 in shoes and got sent size a size 6. On their way back and 7s no longer in stock. Not impressed.

Just couldn’t cope with the orders over Christmas, I placed my order but Flannels could not fulfill it. Leaving me to seek alternatives on Christmas Eve ☹️👎

Collected parcel yesterday of 5 jeans, only 4 were in the bag. To try and find a number to contact is similar to locating Lord Lucan!

Sold me an item that wasn’t in stock even though it clearly stated it was and then just 3 days before Christmas had the audacity to take £364 from my account and not pay it back until this Friday.

Bad customer service as I bought a Hugo boss jacket for 349 and in a matter of days it reduced to 245 I emailed customer services for a refund of the difference 105 which they refused as they said I was happy to pay the full price at that time. I said I was not happy with this an returned the jacket for full refund as I was still within my rights of cancelling as still within their 14 days policy. I then had to reorder the jacket for the sale price 245. This caused a lot of inconvenience for me especially at xmas time an Flannels’s would of had to put my cancelled order and resell it at sale price of 245. You need to brush up on your customer servicing skills an should of honoured the refund. I would of understood if it had been over the 14 days period and too late to cancel.

Balenciaga trainer box dirty & broken. Trainers not even protected inside the box - just tumbling around. Not what I’d expect from Flannels and paying £605! Very dissatisfied.

Absolutely awful service paid for goods for Christmas presents and goods were not delivered by DPD and sent back to Flannels and now have been told I have to wait 14 days for a refund and then if I want goods I have to re order again . So angry as this was a gift

The people left the magnetic tag on the bag, still trying to find a way to send this bag back to them to get rid of it. Very sad Christmas gift. The saddest is that this is supposed to be an expensive bag and employees should have been more careful. Sad sad sad sad.

Bought 2 jumpers on line for collection at Altrincham. One jumper had a flaw. Took it back to Altrincham where I was told there were none in stock and none at the Manchester branch. If I sent jumper back I would be charged £7!!! For a flaw that was not my fault. The guy Andy, at Altrincham told me he had contacted the Denton branch and there was a jumper in stock waiting for me. I went to Denton the next day to collect it only to be told there was no jumper and no one from Altrincham had contacted the Denton store!!! Appalling customer service!!!

Do not order from here it's the worst customer services ever they steal from you the clothing is cheap poor goods they flog to us expensive believe me from the capitol off fashion liverpool flannels is a bad company it's also owned by mike Ashley and sports direct lol boycott it and save ourselves stress and money

My parcel never arrived from dpd although they had said it was signed for. Customer service from flannels is very slow and not a lot of help or indication on timescales to be resolved.

your Denton store placed two order for me before Christmas. I did not hear from the store so had to call back in to chase the order. After having to wait for over 15 minutes whilst various assistants tried to find the order I was finally advised there orders were not placed and one item was not out of stock. Very poor service. Even whilst I was trying to sort this out various assistants were still serving other customers, which took them even longer to sort. They should focus on the customer they are serving before starting on the next.

Purchased a top to collect in store, got there on Christmas Eve just after 4pm was told my security I couldn’t come in even though I only wanted to collect and item and there were still people inside shopping. Very rude and disappointed!

Brought my partner a stone island jacket for Christmas, unfortunately when he opened it on the day and tried it on it was to small, even though I had brought a Large, also the tag said it was a large in size but when we looked at the inside of the jacket it said Medium. Not sure this was a genuine mistake or if flannels was trying to sell the large for a medium. Very disappointed.

No response to emails I sent, size Medium with same brand somehow still differed in size, £150 order still not enough for free delivery, had to pay £10 for next day then a further £4 to return the item. Shocking experience all round.

Order a belt that stated “ one size fits all”. When the item arrive it most definitely did not fit and was way to large. I had paid for next day delivery and yet and I had to pay to return and further chase flannels up for information regarding my return. This was a first time purchase and will not be returning to this site as it a waste of good time and money.

Item was perfect however I had paid £10 for next day delivery. The delivery driver didn't even ring my bell and sent an email implying that I wasn't in ... I then received item 3 days later. Unacceptable service!!
