Returns should be free when you have already paid 6.99 for standard delivery. Expensive clothing store with sports direct t&cs. They are breaking the law by making customers pay for p&p and returns, online distance selling laws only require you to pay for 1 not both. I am not shopping here again!!

Part of my delivery was missing and received an email to say it’s out of stock although it still shows available. I paid £6.99 delivery and got one item that wasn’t the one I really wanted I just added it last minute. Stock shows in stock and still would let me order and 3 days later an email to say not available, very poor communication and should update. Stock as it STILl Shows available

Hi Flannels I purchased a pair of Kenzo jeans online for my sons Christmas gift. Can you imagine the sheer humiliation and disapointmemt when my son opened his present on Christmas day? I looked like I had stolen the item from the store. It still has the security tag on it. This may seem like a hilarious story but believe me it isn't. My son had nothing new to wear. I now have a pair of very expensive jeans that I don't know what to do with. Furthermore the running home is that I'm on the rob. I wonder if the papers find this story so amusing, because I certainly don't. Its going to cost me a small fortune now to drive to Manchester, pay the extortionate parking fees and my time to see if they can remove the tag in store. Not to mention how I explain this to the shop. Well Flannels what is your response to this mess you've put me in? Sylvia Mullen

Where do I start with my experience. After buying presents for Christmas and paying for next day delivery, my parcel arrived ripped open and with security tags left inside the garments. Flannels is a Sports Direct with a front of prestigious brands, order at your own risk.

Paid for next day delivery not received had to go to store to purchase. Had to return the order once received waiting confirmation of refund to my credit card not yet received very poor

First of all I would like to say that I was very happy with my product and it came very quickly, despite it being right before Christmas. HOWEVER when I originally ordered I was told it didnt go through. I ordered again only to find out both orders had gone through. I emailed to cancel and was told I couldn't. So I was charged for my order twice, including delivery. Now nobody will respond to my emails, there is no phone number and the store cant do anything about it. The only thing I can do is PAY to return it and hope for the best. I will never order from Flannels again.

I feel that delivery should be free on items over a certain amount as it is with most other retailers. To have to pay £6.99 for standard delivery for 3-5 working days is ridiculous - I was forced to have to pay £9.99 for next day delivery to ensure arrival for Christmas - that was for a cap costing £110 and weighing virtually nothing. A real rip off.

I have a missing item from my order emailed flannel more than 3 times not one single response from them about it. Paid extra for next day deliver and came 2 days later. Very annoyed I've had no response about my missing item.

I ordered a top and jumper. The top never came and now flannel don’t respond and jumper went on sale next day! Poor service !

Wouldn’t recommend because the products weren’t good and sizes weren’t fitted properly and money took to long to return to me and still hasn’t returned in my account.

No invoice or any returns label etc in the parcel that I ordered and I need too return and can’t seem too get a reply from anybody!Not acceptable on such an expensive item
