I was very disappointed with my order after paying a lot of money for my clothes I was sent the wrong order, will not be ordering again anytime soon!

I was charged delivery and got an email the next day saying I can get free delivery in my orders so not happy being charged delivery when your giving other customer free of charge delivery poor service.

Rubbish customer service, giving out false information and rubbish communication. I will not be shopping with yourselfs again and I will definitely not recommend you’re website to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with the delivery having to try and find where the parcel had been delivered as no card to let me know, dpd at fault but also the trainers I ordered were filthy dirty almost like they have been worn and returned, not impressed after spending a lot of money on a pair of Jimmy achoo trainers. I like flannels but I must admit it’s putting me off shopping online with you again

Delivered the wrong item . Took four days for collection all the while I’ve not got my money back. Don’t think I’ll use Flannels again despite spending thousands over the years with them

The shoes I received were clearly display shoes there were white stickers on the soles half peeled off ,the shoe was also marked on the sole and leather creased this not what you expect for an 800 pound pair of shoes. I would not shop with you again

I’ve had no feedback since my purchase. I have no idea if orvwhen my purchase will arrive in the Cardiff store. I have however received non stop sales emails. Very disappointing to say the least.

I order a pair of shoes into store as they didn’t have my size in store. My partner collected them for me. When I came home home and opened the shoes I found that the shoes had been worn. I went back to the store in Sheffield Meadowhall to return the shoes for another pair. They didn’t have any available so they best they could do was give me a returns code to purchase the shoes online. I did manage to get the shoes but had to pay for the postage. I was disappointed that I had to return to the store the first time as they had been worn. But even more disappointed that it ended costing me more money to sort this problem out due to postage. The staff in the branch at Meadowhall was really unhelpful and very un sympathetic. Not happy with the service at all.

This is the only online retailer I have used with no free returns. It cost me £11.50 to return 4 items. Free returns everywhere else. So with delivery and returns it’s cost me about £18.50 postage for 4 items which don’t fit “lol” I wouldn’t use again

I’m not one to leave reviews but this purchase from Flannels has really annoyed me. Bought some expensive £400+ Gucci trainers, with a £6.99 delivery charge! When they arrived the trainer had so many scuffs, so I had to return them paying £17.00 for return! Re ordered and received the new pair today which did not even come in the plastic, had NO gucci duster bags, box was not even tied up with the Gucci trademark bow! Have no choice but to keep them as I am not forking out another £17.00 for returns. Absolute joke and really upsetting. Would never use them again and never recommend this site to anyone!

Bought some expensive Gucci trainers! And they were clearly a return. Came with no gucci duster bags, the trainers weren’t even in the plastic! Disappointed.

Received jacket still with security tag on it took the jacket to auchinlea store where they couldn't remove it so had to send jacketnack to warehouse to get tag removed and I'm still waiting on the jacket to come back to me very poor service don't think I would shop with you's again

I made an order totalling £346.00 on 21/12/2018, paying £9.99 for next day delivery, and STILL have received the order (today is 30/12/2018). Flannels nor DPD, are exactly helpful as to how to move forward!!!

On line description of a product incorrect when you receive the product stated zip fly but received buttoned, i placed a order but never received email to confirm order so I re-ordered which I did receive an email only confirming 1 order but it wasn’t till I went to collect the goods there where 2 parcels but i could only take 1 parcel as only had passcode from 1 DPD order so i checked with bank and payment has gone through for both items so I went back to collection point explained the situation who then give me my 2nd parcel which I’ve now sent back via post office for a refund I’ve paid 6.99each for collection also 8.90 to return as they where buttoned sent which I clearly ordered zipped as stated in the description this was a Christmas present for my son which is very disappointing he has no new jeans to wear so I’ve got to wait till I get my refund back before I considering purchase a new pair not a happy customer xx thanks Cathy lawless

Firstly after my order had processed and payment taken I didn’t receive an email confirming my order so I order again as the goods where a Christmas present for my son and I wanted to make sure j had them for Christmas I used a different card too after which I did received an email confirming this order had been processed a few days later I received a text message stating when my order will be available for collection once I received my DPD passcode I was able to collect my 1 parcel but then collection point stated there where 2 parcels in my name but I only had DPD passcode and refused to give me my other parcel so I came home very confused and frustrated so I’ve called my bank to check about payment and I’ve been charged for both items and £6.99 each for collection. so I went back to the collection point with My ID explain the situation then they give me my parcel, So now I have 2 parcels which Ive sent back via post office for a refund because the wrong goods where sent I wanted zip fly even though the description did state zip fly . I’m a very unhappy customer it has cost £23.00 for incorrect goods and no email confirming my order beside I had to paid twice on 2 different credit card too. Back and forth to collection point and to the post office to get goods weighed. I’m just now waiting for my refund and hoping this will not take too long. I will think twice before I order again on line, plus why don’t you offer a return service in store too please xxxxx

I have ordered twice from your website and both times I have had problems. First you send the wrong item which I am still waiting for a refund. Second I order another item and it still hasn’t arrived meaning I have spend my hard earned money on something that I don’t know where it is. Your service is extremely poor and I want a full refund ASAP and I want your customer service to reply to my emails because I want further reassurance on my parcel which hasn’t arrived

Bought a Barbour coat for sons Christmas present . Pocket came away after wearing once . Took it back to metro centre Gateshead , exchanged for another one, was told that you have to be careful with delicate fabrics .....!! On a Barbour jacket???!! Never once said sorry customer service shocking as other reviews have said . Will not be shopping there again staff need retraining in customer service .
