I have never received my package in the Netherlands. Customer service doesn't even reply to you. Lucky me that I paid with my creditcard. I have sent them several emails.

Purchased some items for my daughter she didn’t like them so went and chose her own garments, I then a day later tried to return the items I originally purchased to be told I couldn’t have a refund! This is obsurd and was never explained at POS.

I bought a few items and had to change my order. So I reached out to them to cancel the order so that I could purchase the right items. They did cancel the order but has since then not refunded my money! I've reached out to them on several ocassions and through several channels and the don't reply anymore. My experience prior to this issue was good.

Ordered a jacket, confirmation mail comes and after a minute a cancellation. Sorry out of stock. Money reserved though GBP 900. Next day got an email from Flannels saying we saved your items get it now. So I retried again. The same. Cancellation, money taken though, second time. They block the amount and do nothing until it expires, so they held almost 2.000 pounds for 16 days. Money were held until 10/01 while the transaction was done 24/12. Their webpage needs to upgrade to avoid this kind of situation. Was a regular customer. In store and online. That was my last attempt buying from them. Don't trust them any more.

Very disappointed. My parcel was opened and missing when I collected it. Apparently it was investigated by flannels and told that it was packed, sent and signed off by a supervisor therefore liability doesn’t lie with them. The item was one of my sixteen year old Christmas presents.

I purchased items from Flannels and had to return some as they were too small! I did this via insured next next day delivery and have heard nothing I have contacted customer services several times to ask if the parcel was received as I will need to make a claim if not only to be completely ignored & there are no contact details to telephone customer services? I also assumed as it was a distance contract that I could return within 14 days for a full refund only to be advised at Xmas time you can only get a credit note?! This is bizarre & ridiculous & not what you expect from a reputable company like Flannels?!

The item I ordered was sent out in terrible packaging resulting in it becoming heavily damaged.

Hello, HNY! (well not if you have been online shopping at Flannels) So, after trying to order a present for my girlfriend’s birthday at flannels.com, I find myself in this situation: Cancelled first purchase (fine) – NO REFUND after 5 days? Purchased second item – received wrong item! (can a guy catch a break?) So, all in all. I have not been able to give my girlfriend her present for her Birthday and no hanky panky for me. Charged twice and not got what I asked for. Eek! Thanks guys. This is not great! What has happened here? FLAN40000053429318 FLAN40000053497955 Actions: Need refund on first order ASAP (rocky) as it has been over 5 days since purchase. Second order – I have returned and the original item I wanted is no longer available. This is a massive inconvenience so, I await your offers on compensation for this a big ‘fail’ to achieve the simplest of customer needs.

£5.99 for in store delivery for a £584 coat hardly seems fair really. Even then I had to wait 15 minutes at the till whilst my order was located. The ‘reason’ (or rather the poor excuse) given being the lock on the door to the room where my order was being kept was broken. All in all very poor for an alleged ‘exclusive’ clothes shop.

I bought my husband an item of clothing online, not realising he had bought it himself. I ordered it to be collected from store and when I asked if I could return for the reason mentioned. I was told this could not be done! I have to take it away and pay to return it after paying £6 to get it delivered. Given that the majority of shops offer a return to store option I feel this is ridiculous. Not happy atall

The online shopping experience was fine, however I tried to contact the Flannels store in metro centre and was unable to get through. No one answers the phones! I was calling them with regards to my recent order but also wanted to enquire about another product. You lost out on my purchase and how many others? When I looked on the google reviews others also mentioned that no one answers the phone. Very disappointing.

After placing my first order, and receiving the wrong thing, I had to spend days over email trying to solve the problem, whilst your team professed there was no problem, and it was simply a mistake. As of right now (11:52 on 2/1/19) I have been told an exchange has been issued, but I’m yet to know when it’s going to arrive, so we shall see if that’s the correct item. Am I hopeful? Not at all. If I do end up receiving the correct item I originally ordered, I’m happy to change my review.

Brilliant service bought a pair of CL shoes for the wife for Christmas, delivered the day after, unfortunately, the shoe, size 39, the same as every other pair of shoes my wife has were too big, gutted..! No one's fault, I guess that's the problem with mail order shoes... still no trouble for Flannels, full refund offered and shoes returned... A great shame but great service.

The store the item came from left the secruity tag inside the Canada Goose jacket I spent £800 on. Flannels isn’t what it used to be.
