Package came damaged and scratched!

My item has come with a security tag attached. I have asked your team to either cover the cost for car park which is £2.50 or to get a courier to collect the item, have the tag removed and returned back to me. The only thing your delightful customer service agent Tanya will offer is a return label with no guarantee the item will be sent back! And it also requires for me to go into a post office which is causing me inconvenience! Luxury items with a poor quality of service!

Won't use this company again. It has cost me £6.99 for delivery and £9.00 to return item registered post as per recommended by Flannel. £15.99 I have spent and haven't got anything to show for it. Most online retailers give free returns.

Would not even rate it a one to be honest, the way I received my parcel was disgusting and didn’t even receive it next day, had to go out of my way on a 40 minute journey each way to collect the parcel myself from the courier, I will not be shopping there again ever

Price of the item went up £10 whilst mid way through purchasing. Emailed Flannels about this and they weren't interested. £6.99 standard postage is steep too in my opinion. If I could have bought the item elsewhere I would have in a heartbeat. I wouldn't recommend and I wouldn't buy from them again.

Really disappointed as ordered a T-shirt and paid £10 next day delivery only to receive the wrong item! Then I was expected to pay £3 to send this wrong item back which I think is unfair as I should not have to pay for your mistakes.

I haven’t recieved my package, the tracking link doesn’t work. Nobody answers my mails that I’ve sent through the Flannels website regarding this. In other words, very bad customer service. Couldn’t find a live chat or phone number, nobody responded to the mails.

Horrible Customer Service. Bought a Gucci Belt with cash at my nearest Flannels store. Took it back the next day to exchange it for a bigger size. They didn't have any more sizes and they said they can't give me a refund and can only issue a credit note (which they didn't tell me during purchase). I used the credit note to order from their website to collect in store. They charged me delivery cost too. Belt arrived after ages in bubble wrap with no tags, Gucci pouch or box! I just want a refund so I can order directly from Gucci!!!

Absolutely dreadful experience, bought for my brothers birthday (paid £10 for next day delivery) turned up and it was the completely wrong shoe and WRONG SIZE. I have not been able to get in contact since, tweeted, tried to find a number! Awful all round.

You don’t offer free return service which is terrible and also the jacket I bought but thankfully returned still had the security tag on how embarrassing would that be going into shops, shopped with flannels multiple times quite dissapointed

Shocking service, placed my order then I had an email saying I had been refunded and the reason given was that I had changed my mind which I never told anyone this at all - joke of a service

Ordered and the product was different to the photo with different colours, then said it’s not the photo that they have stock.(they’ve still not changed the photo) . Then they agree a refund price then backtrack.

I like the range but shipping QA needs attention. One of my tops came with marks. I’d expect new garms to be pristine.

My item was ordered and paid for over a week ago and I haven’t received it, I have had conflicting messages about where the parcel is and I am still no clearer, the communication is terrible. I’ve had issues with flannels on line a few times now and I’m not likely to shop with them again. The stores are fine it’s just the on line orders

Placed order but 8 days later still not received product. Had emails promising delivery and numerous phone calls with customer service chasing up where my product is. Oh and they never reply to emails! Utterly woeful. Now registered a complaint through paypal in effort to resolve
