Poor service and really expensive for delivery and sending back items. With the item looking nothing like the one I ordered online and has now put me £15 out of pocket with delivery and returning fees

Awful service. Paid for next day delivery tok 5 days for delivery, missing items. No refund for next day deliver no communication. Will never use flannels again

One item in my order came with a security tag still attached. Bit dodgy and damaged the item when attempted to get it off, won’t be ordering again

I ordered some clothes and the discount code did not apply. I emailed as soon as I knew about it and asked for the order to be cancelled or refund the discount. Whilst I bought the products on a Sunday evening and emailed before 9am on the Monday, you dispatched the product and emailed me to say that it was to late for me to get a discount. In addition I have had another product 'delivered' which hasn't been. DPD don't know where the product is, you have my money, I have no clothes, and no one seems to know what is happening. I have complained but you don't speak to people on do things on email. Your customer experience is terrible.

Disgraceful service and appalling customer service staff. Will never use Flannels again and will recommend to everyone not to use this store. There is no place for a store such as this in our market.

How can I write a review when I am yet to receive the product? Paid extra for next day delivery. Still waiting over a week later. DPD, the courier chosen by Flannels have completely failed their customers. To be fair Flannels have promised to reimburse the cost of delivery (nearly ten quid).

I ordered £1200 worth of goods from flannels just under a month ago and STILL haven't received my order. DPD have messed around with my order and now have claimed I have signed for it with another name. Now being told investigation will take up to 28 days. This is terrible service and will not use Flannels again if this doesn't get sorted. I will continue to write reviews and put this all over social media if I don't get my refund this week! When I call customer care a manager is never around to resolve this and they don't seem to care keep telling me it takes up to 28days!

spent £1055 and had to return , cost of return £17 absolute disgrace. shopped at Flannels for years they charge a premium for designer products but turns out they rip customers off if they wish to return product. DISGRACE

Trying to get a hold of someone is an absolute nightmare. I called both your Birmingham and Solihull stores continually and got no answer. Trying to get a customer service number was not easy I also don’t think I should be paying for delivery when spending over £200 no other high street stores charge delivery For a branded store your service is very questionable

I ordered and paid for next day delivery last Tuesday 19th and it’s still not arrived over a week later??? Your now asking for a review on something I’ve not even received. Can you confirm where my order is has it’s been charged to my credit card!!!????

Poor quality item worn once appalling after sales service. Sole of Valentino shoe disintegrated leaves me to question is the item genuine?
