Order was not despatched for next day delivery despite paying for next day, and wrong colour was sent and I had to pay to send it back at my own expense despite it being flannels fault. Emailed customer service where I was told it would take 72 hours for a reply. Got a reply after 24 hours. But poor customer service

The clothes that I bought didn't fit me and then I had to post the clothes back when I live very close to the Altrincham store. The postage cost me £7 to get them delivered to me and then to Post Office informed me I had to get special cover costing £9 as Flannels have been funny in the post and wouldn't cover items sent without higher insurance. Overall very unimpressed.

If I could, the review would have been zero stars. Tried to call a number of stores and they never answer, no customer service number and took over two day to respond to email. If that was not enough it cost me nearly £25 to return items. Sorry but I will not return or recommend.

As a first time customer of Flannels, I was very disappointed with my purchase. I ordered Red Versace Dress via Click and Collect. However, upon receiving the item it arrived in a flannels black zip fabric bag, with no other form of protective packing . The dress looked like it had been previously been worn , and been scrunched up into a ball and returned due to amount of creases and black marks visible throughout fabric. Upon further inspection, the dress still had security tag attached under the arm and a small hole in the rear stitching. Hoping to exchange for a replacement (ideally) or refund I attended my local store in Metro centre Gateshead, where the staff confirmed as I ordered click and collect this would t be possible as item must be returned on-line. The store staff were very courteous and sympathetic to my situation (requiring dress for a black tie event taking place the same week).They advised the dress had not been in store for a number of months. The team removed the security tag in case I decided to get the dress dry-cleaned and repaired , due to their being no further items available to purchase on line. Overall, very disappointed. Quality control prior to customer dispatch was not satisfactory. I am now to return dress for refund. Hope this feedback is useful. Kind Regards Ellie Bennett

Don’t like the returns policy, the delivery cost to store is overpriced and would expect a quicker click and collect service for the cost I paid.

I will never ever shop with Flannels again! I received a faulty belt and nothing at all has been done to rectify the situation! Almost £200 on a belt! What a joke! Only to receive a damaged belt. It's been almost 3 weeks and still no resolution nor any efforts to rectify the situation!

Dear customer service, I have just purchased a pair of Aquazzura shoes (Sexy Thing in red), order number FLAN40000055362075. Unfortunately there is a mismatch and one shoe is faded as if it has been on display. I can take picture of this. The products are great but I don’t like that if you order on line and have delivered to store it costs £6.99 also to send it back it costs again cos can’t have a refund in store it’s a credit note. My 16 year old son paid £180 for a jumper that doesn’t fit and he has to wait for his money to be refunded to my account. It’s taken straight out when ordering but he has to wait for a refund. I think on line is rubbish but we love the shop

I would give 0 if it was possible, I never received my package, DPD and flannels provided me with different information. I sent emails to no avail, i finaly called customers service and was informed that my parcel was faulty so I would not be recieving anything, I was told I could not speak to a manager and received an email stating that I requested for my purchase to be cancelled as I changed my mind which I never stated. The service was incredibly poor I will never use them again I have requested compensation but I doubt this will happen due to your company incompetence.

Not kind answer Slow reaction. I sent email about address correcting so many time. But u do not answer and correct it to delivery company. If my parcel is back to u , I should order same clothes again as not promotion price.
