I ordered a polo shirt with a white Stone Island badge. I got one with a black badge, not happy.

I received the wrong item and had a lot of trouble trying to contact you to as no phone number I used the contact online forms but I was unable to send the photos you requested and most of the emails sent to me were do no reply still waiting for postage costs to be refunded

I paid for next day delivery and one if the items came the following day which meant I had to travel twice to collect . Also you have to pay for returns , most do a free returns service . Also I received an unrequested Sports Direct mug with my order - why would I want this ?

I recieved the wrong item and there were no attempts made to compensate me for the inconvenience. Also very long winded to receive a reply for an enquiry.

Very disappointed with my order of 2 pairs of jimmy choo shoes, one pair has some damage to the inside heel.....I now have to incur extra costs to return the via registered post 😣

Great discount and easy to shop, However I was given the incorrect arrival date and when my expensive dress arrived it was in a plastic parcel bag and a non branded zip bag, which I found surprising for a designer website. Other luxury brand sites wrap their items much nicer.

My online experience was very good and efficient, however, I the shoes I had bought for my son were big and so decided to take them back to Flannels Altrincham in Manchester. Staff in the branch were pretty rude and unhelpful. I was made to feel very inadequate as I was constantly told that the shop could not refund me despite me saying it over and over again that I did not want a refund but just an exchange for my son to get a pair of shoes that fit even if they were a different brand and I had to top up on the original payment. In a nutshell I was made to fell very unwelcome in the branch and therefore decided to leave

It is not obvious in the terms and conditions that additional import cost could be due for international shipments. Other online retailers including FarFetch and ASOS are able to guarantee all final cost at point of sale. The email I sent to customer support, gave me an automated response from a Sports Direct alias which did answer any of my question. I had to go to a complaints ombudsman site to get a phone number for you. When I did finally speak to someone, there was no empathy, apology or genuine confirmation that my suggestion to improve customer service would be passed on. This high-end retailer does not offer a high-end customer experience, and I will not be placing international online orders with you again. Kind regards, Sarmia

The packaging for the belt was in pieces near enough, also I had to return the polo as it had white marks/stains running through it. I’m still waiting for a reply off you as I stated I wanted it swapping for another one that’s in the right condition.

Ich habe mir ein Palm Angels Sweater bestellt, als dieser im Sale war. Er kam pünktlich an und hat gepasst, was mich aber gewundert hat war, dass dieses Magnet Etikett, welches man im Laden abmacht, noch dran war. Nachdem ich es entfernt habe war dadrunter ein riesiges Loch. Der Sale war vorbei also hat der Sweater wieder 50€ mehr gekostet und meine Größe gab es nicht mehr, somit war ein Austausch nicht möglich. Wenn man einen 230€ Sweater kauft, dann ist das mindeste was man erwartet ein Sweater der nicht kaputt ist. Schade.
