Ordered a Saint Laurent bag that was sold out everywhere else and paid nearly £7 for delivery. DPD claim I myself signed for the parcel which is physically impossible as I wasn’t even home. Flannels gave a timeframe in which the issue should be resolved by, and after that timeframe had elapsed, they just kept sending more emails saying it’s STILL being investigated. They also addressed two emails sent to me, by the incorrect name. Clearly don’t know how to run a business and now I’m hundreds of pounds out of pocket. AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE!!! Plenty of other reliable places to shop from

I paid £6.99 postage then paid £4.75 to return the item for a change of size on a £225.00 jumper . I was refunded £225.00 they didn’t have the size I needed so I’m now £11.74 out of pocket 😡waist of time.got it from somewhere else free postage and they did free returns.

Not received my items which was ordered on the 6th December Received messages it is being processed no text message of delivery at Flannels vicars lane leeds. I am very disappointed as it was a birthday gift and paid £6.99 for delivery as standard. And as yet not received text message of delivery

Purchased some jeans from flannels. On sale at 236. I then look back 4/5 days later and the same jeans still available in the same sizes had been further reduced to 165 pounds. Fell like I lost out on 70 pounds. Emailed for a explanation and got no reply. Done a lot of purchases with you guys but think I will be looking else where in future

If I could give minus star I would , disgusting customer service department , still no order and no reply to my complaint , would advise anyone to not order and stay well clear

Perfectly packaged order arrived as stated with an 1hr time slot. I chose to return 1 item and was amazed at the speed and efficiency of the refund. No quibbling no waiting. Would definitely recommend.

2 different experiences gathered on one visit. Store shopping assessment and ease of online ordering within the store 1st/ Shopping experience at the Shirebrook store. Plenty of free parking available close to the store entrance (FREE) Escalators on entrance to a spacious, well presented, broad selection of designer designated areas , sufficiently manned ( personnel) with excellent lighting (being able to see your possible purchase is a must, dimly lit it is not) and the appropriation of strategic mirror placement for that quick visual check makes this a good overall shopping experience. The staff are attentive, not pushy, knowledgeable and collaborative in dealing with and searching for the best product to suit your needs at the best price. A young man served us and after purchasing one pair of Vivienne Westwood shoes we decided to purchase a second, this item was a sale item and the size we required was not located in store. Offers were made for stock delivery to store, (over £100 spend) and home delivery. 2/ In store ordering We were accompanied to the instore ordering tablets, the assistant offered to search and filter allowing us to browse or to key straight to the product. We chose the search to see if there were any last minute bargains to be had online. After choosing the product, delivery was a matter of pricing options and a simple card transaction, hey presto order complete. A confirmation email was received subsequently delivery information was communicated to a one hour slot with offer of options on the day of delivery. Item received as described in a timely manner with good communication. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience. Well done Flannels

I ordered a pair of Gucci trainers for a Christmas present they were delivered as promised but they were worn or used as sales floor shoes, either way the leather was crinkled the stickers in side the shoes were worn off! The box was tatty and all the tissue paper in the box was torn! As soon as they were delivered I took them back to the Solihull store, they did not have the trainers in stock so sent me to the Birmingham store as they had two pairs available, so I could change the pair I was sent. Only to be told that Birmingham store could not help me, I shouldn’t of been sent there and they were not wiling to take the loss against there store.... as they could not resell these trainers!!!! I was told to send them back how I ordered them and wait for a new pair to be delivered, but the store could not confirm they’d be delivered by Christmas. I was treated as though It was my fault, that I had done this to the trainers and I had done something wrong. I was only doing what the Solihull store had told me to do! I then got upset and could not believe that a company as big as yours could deliver such shocking service. Silly me for assuming I would receive a brand new pair of trainers especially when they cost £360! The store manager then told me he would in fact take this loss against he’s store even though he shouldn’t and it’s not he’s fault I was sent a used pair, again making me feel it was my fault! But in the end he did change them...after I was brought to tears. I will never shop at this store or order anything on line ever again! If I could rate lower I would! I’ll stick with selfridges from now on! Disgusting service

Ordered a pair of Grensons as a gift and was shocked when opening the box to discover two completely different coloured shoes. Obviously ex display. And obviously not checked before sending. Thought better of a luxury retailer. Won’t order offline from you again.
