Ordering online is difficult with regards to sizing so I’ve had to recently place an order for shoes in multiple sizes. As for the returns policy online orders can’t be returned in to store but must be posted back via Royal Mail. I was quoted £26.99 in postage charges to return my order. I find this unacceptable. A retailer as large as Flannels should do better with customer service. I’ve lost out £10.99 for next day delivery because my order wasn’t suitable and I’ve had to pay out an extortionate amount to return my items. Very disappointed. Smaller online retailers offer free returns!

Item was described as regular fit on website so I ordered size accordingly, unfortunately, when it arrived it was fitted and clearly described on label as such and as a result it didn’t fit. I returned item four days ago requesting larger size and am awaiting response at the moment.

The worst service I have ever received in my life, after placing a £300 order with yourselfs, which didn’t include the £35 t-shirt I ordered to be then accused of trying to deceive you is an absolute joke! Will never be shopping at your shop again and will make sure I tell as many people as possible about this dreadful service!

Sent me the wrong goods, contacted customer services to ask for my return to be processed quicker than the 14 day period due to being sent the wrong product. Still no reply or apology.

Sorry but not had a good experience. I emailed regarding sizing of a HUGO suit to check that the size was UK sizing, and even went to the extra length of re-checking with them (as I thought they were wrong). I went on to order only to receive a suit that was completely the wrong size (as I thought it was going to be and why I had checked and rechecked in the first place).

The wrong item was dispatched to me. I ordered the item next day delivery so that it would arrive in time for my son's return to school, which it did but rather than being age 10 the coat was age 2. I returned the coat by next day delivery the very next day and it was received by your warehouse on the Wednesday before noon, but despite this I was told it would be 5-7 days before my return was processed. No indication could be given to me when the correct item would arrive. I was told the process for an exchange had to be followed but this was not an exchange, whereby I had chosen to exchange a product, this was a return due to your own error. My son was extremely disappointed and upset as he had expected to have the coat for return to school. He still has no coat and I have had to request a refund.

I ordered a jacket. It was the wrong size. I sent it back and asked for a larger size. I was informed none in stock. I continued to look on the website. I saw the exact jacket and size i required. I rang customer services to advise them. I was told there is nothing we can do. We dont register returns. We dont communicate between departments. If the jacket is still in stock by the time we get round to processing the return you will get it, if not, tough luck..... very poor communiction for such a big retailer.

I bought a hat for my grandson. It was expensive BUT I was appalled at having to pay £6.99 extra for a packet that would have gone through the letter box. Sorry-----first and last time of internet shopping with Flannels
