I ordered a pair of lanvins black with a clear sole and they come with a black sole so the wrong shoe was sent out which I will now have to return and I have paid shipping on so I’m out of pocket when it is a fault of flannels not my own

Delivery charges are steep considering cost of items compared with other retailers, and I’ve not even received my parcel, it’s been lost by DPD or sent to the wrong address, I contacted flannels via email this morning and still are yet to receive an email acknowledgment of the incident.

Ordered 2 times the same sliders and both pairs came with factory flaw and damaged box (paid £10 for shipping), asked for partial refund as I wanted these so bad and didn't get anything. Very dissapointed.

The item I received looked in poor condition almost as if it was just thrown in the black cloth bag that was torn. I received the shirt creased with the label partially fallen off. I had every mind to return the item but it was a gift for a client. I will avoid purchasing the outlet as this is the second item I have received in poor condition.

when i orderd cp company beanie they delivery aspect was good however on arrival my cp beanie never came with the goggle lenses i email flannels and they never replied

Shoddy goods and even shoddier customer service. This company really should consider employing people who give a damn. I would not recommend them to anybody - just wish I'd seen the overwhelmingly negative feedback online before I wasted my time on them.

I am very upset about My experience. I ordered the Valentino trainers with my birthday money. I loved them but there was a slight mark on one. I attempted to speak with someone and couldn’t, I emailed on 20 March asking was there any in stock for an exchange - sent two emails an never received a reply. So sent them back with a letter asking if POSs could I have them exchanged as they showed on the website they were in stock. I received an email today as they have been received back saying there’s no more In stock an I’ll have a refund. I have emailed to say I don’t Want a refund I will keep them if it is them or nothing - no reply. I have eventually got hold Of Someone in customer services ... who I found very rude and told me I can’t have them. I find this very frustrating as they are in the warehouse just received today. Please can I have them resent I’d sooner have a scratched pair than none at all! As a long-standing customer of flannels I’d expect more customer service. Please please can someone helpful reply. I’d repay the postage. Has I know they were the last ones and actually been able to speak to someone or get a reply To my email then I’d never of sent them back. I’ll await a quick reply Lindsay

There is no phone communication, my package came four days after next day delivery, I haven't been refunded for the delays carried out by the DPD and I payed the charges. This is very poor considering I purchase from flannels before and had no problems..

I placed my order and then over a week later i had to chase as the money had come out of my bank account but no visibility of my purchase....

I am absolutely disgusted with the service. I placed an order on the 3rd March 2019 and have not received it. I have tried contacting the courier and also Flannels. This was my first purchase from Flannels and my last. I will be lodging a complaint with Paypal.

When I went to collect my item I Attended Flannels store in Leicester I further Bought items to the vaule of £850 (additional to my online purchase) Including pair on trainers Wanted to wear the trainers on a special day... when I opened the box I notice the pairs or trainers where not the same match and a different pair of trainers had been placed in box!!!!! I had to physical make alternative arrangements to my day, in order to return the trainers back to the store!!

After visiting your Merry Hill shop you were out of stock in my size, I left my number for them to call when they had my size - no call ! So I decided I really wanted the product so went and tried click and collect but you charge to get it to your store the same as home delivery. Why? Other than the fact I wanted the product I won’t be shopping at your store again.

The order that I placed was for two pairs of black shoes. The delivery was two pairs of grey shoes - clearly labelled "GREY". I had to repackage them and take them to a drop-off point to return them and pay the transport costs of the return. A refund was made to my credit card for the shoes but not for the cost of return (£12.19). I have now received a cheque for this! So now I will have to drive 5 miles to my bank, pay to park, and then drive 5 miles back to bank this cheque as Flannels say they don't have the facility to make electronic payments!! So far all this has taken 20 days. I wish that I had never heard of Flannels!!!!!

Normally I would rate you at a 5. But I was offered a 20% discount via email before I made my last purchase. Which I was unable to utilise for some unknown reason. When I contacted your customer services and explained, they were quite unhelpful.
