Very poor returns policy. Rude staff (in store) who are not interested in you unless you’re buying top end lines/brands. I definitely would not recommend flannels.

I went to your new store at the glasgow fort as the items i ordered online arrived and were too small. They had no stock in a XXXL so i could not exchange, there was also nothing in his size online from what i had seen in store. The store manager would not allow me to have a refund in store. When i told him i have done this at the silverburn store he said its managers discretion. this has put me off shopping with flannels again.

Product arrived without the inner slip and so was completely see through. Only way to get the missing inner slip was to return the item and risk it being out of stock as it was in the sale.

Upon placing an order with Flannels on 16/04 I am yet to receive my package. I have flagged this with both DPD and Flannels and nobody has been able to offer any assistance - very disappointed

Delivery was apparently left on show and I never received the glasses now nothing is being sorted out , stay away from ordering online

Never received one of the items I paid for - currently in dispute although customer care is appalling don’t want to know & basically insinuating I am a liar. I will not drop this matter as I am a pair of shorts / £195 out of pocket !!

We ordered Alexander McQueen trainers as a Christmas present for our daughter, they were delivered in an awful condition with the box ripped and bent. When it came to her looking at the shoes and trying them on we realised on the back of the shoe all of the colour had came off and there was dirt on the sole of the shoe as though they had been worn. When trying to contact flannels we struggled to find any contact number so had to email, the responses to emails were extremely slow so we eventually found a number to ring which we were then told they couldn’t help and we had to wait for a response to the email. The matter never got resolved as they then began to ignore our emails!!! We sent a further 5 or so emails and they all got ignored. Not expected from a big retailer like flannels. The service has been disgraceful.

Item was sent with dirty soles / looked worn / dirty laces / damaged box They have been collected - however this was a birthday gift, the recipient was unable to wear them and now left without a gift.

Staff are absolutely useless not a single bit of communication from them and each other..don’t have a clue what there doing or what’s in stock or how to work the tills...denton store staff need sacking

I would honestly give it 0 starts for poor customer service I ordered something and they did not even deliver the item I had no respsonse and they took back the item that I had delivered

Initially I called into the Meadowhall Store. The service was extremely poor ‘ take it or leave it’ attitude. Had I not had a voucher I would not have shopped there out of principle. I had to order the trainers I wanted. When they arrived they have clearly been worn as both had a dusty sole. One shoe was missing the packaging and the box was damaged. By this time I’d had such a poor experience had the item not been reduced I’d have sent them back. I’d never shop with you again.

Very disappointed by the service, bought a bag and was very unhappy with the size of the product but online the sizing looked different. Went to my near by store to return and they wouldn’t accept it as I bought it online.

Ordered black Giuseppe zanotti court shoes. They arrived, however was very disappointed when opened them. They had obviously been tried on but not packaged back up very well. One shoe was left without any plastic shoe cover on and the paper stuffing was left in the box. The shoes themselves were ok, no marks, the sole on one was slightly discoloured where I believe someone had tried it on and walked on a dirty floor with them. Was very tempted to return, but love the shoes and needed them for an event. Had recently ordered an off white top for my son and that was great and well packaged. So was surprised at the condition and packaging of the shoes. Apologies for long detailed review, but thought you should be aware of it.

Ordered shoes online as they didn’t have the size in store. Shoes arrived sizing completely out so had to return them. Unable to do this in store, to get a refund have had to send these back through post - don’t know any other shops with this policy and wasn’t advised this when I ordered them in the shop! Very fussy returns policy - not worth the hassle.

I just find the whole delivery process terrible, websites give you free delivery when you spend over so much, I bought a T-shirt from use was only £80 but then had to pay for delivery like £6.99, the item came it was too big couldn’t get a refund in the store so had to send it back and then had to pay again to send the T-shirt back

Quick and easy service as I picked up from your store, but still Had to pay £6+ for it to be delivered to there?? Then i’ve Had to send 1 item back wrong size and that’s also cost me £6 to post! I can buy the same items else where no deliver or returns cost. Shame as it’s easy for me to park and pick up!
