Incredibly dissatisfied. My order was cancelled without any reason at all. This was my first purchase with flannels, and already I am incredibly unhappy with the service!

After begrudgingly paying for my delivery I was not happy with one of the items so returned it at another cost to myself. I can't understand why when spending so much money the customer has to pay for delivery and return. I will not be shopping online at Flannels again for that reason.

After purchasing some YSL shoes online they didn’t fit right. I wanted to change the size so I went to my local Flannels store in Lakeside. I was approached by a rude middle aged man whom half way through speaking with me cut me off to rudely speak with his friend who just walked in the store!! He made me feel like I couldn’t afford anything in the store and that I wasn’t worth his time when I tried to discuss changing my shoes for a different size. This experience has really put me off and I don’t think I’d shop with Flannels again. Shame.

I would actually give zero stars if available. Definitely the worst site and company ever used by myself and my partner. We have bought clothes online and used a gift card. Have been charged 7pounds for in store delivery???! Who does that?? However the clothes are not the fit as per description. In order to return we have to pay the postage fee in order to get our money refunded and will not exchage in the shop. So several hours online and 3 trips to the store a complete waste of my time. Wouldd not recommend ever!!!!

Hi, just ordered a £200 pair of shorts and they still have a security tag left on!! But will have travel an hour away to nearest shop?

Think the delivery charge is appalling and package was left outside in the open near step which could of easily been stolen

My credit card ended up being blocked and. I was unable to May payment. Eventually used it at pall and then had to sort out my card at the bank Very disappointing indeed and don’t think I would order again online

Not happy at all, just killed my experience with Flannels, paid for next day delivery on a Friday, was later emailed saying it will be delivered on Tuesday following, so thought Atleast was told this so okay, waited in on Tuesday all day for nothing to turn up, no notifs why not or anything. Shame from one of my old favourite shops

The stitching from the trainers I purchased on line started coming apart after only 4 weeks. I returned to my local store only to be told they can’t do anything and I have to return to warehouse myself and pay postage. The lady dealing with me seemed to be very obstructive, telling me that the post office takes 10-14 days to deliver although I pointed out that it was next day delivery. She then stated it would take a week to look at them. I eventually got a full refund but had to email again to say the postage hadn’t been reimbursed. I was told this would take upto a week. Instead of finding solutions Adele looked for obstacles. The whole episode could have been dealt with far more professionally and the returns system wants looking at again. 1 ⭐️ for customer service
