Awful service paid for next day delivery took 3 days to arrive and when it did the stone island badge was missing from the hoodie

Terrible customer service parcel was odered for next day was dispatched after two day to the have there courier tamper with it and it sent back a week later no explanation just waiting for either my money back or replacement but flannels are very unhelpful and don’t have any customer service there appalling never shop here again!

You are asking me what I think of my recent purchases - that I still haven't received yet & I placed my order over 8 days ago now to arrive in store. The excuse I got was... You are experiencing a technical issue with releasing this order in your system. Our IT team are currently looking into resolving this. I've had to call today & I spoke to a Dean was very unhelpful & not even apologetic. He still didn't have any answers as to where my order is. Then I receive this automated email. You couldn't make this up. Service is terrible.

Product was fine. Service for online returns is deliberately unhelpful - that I cannot return to a store. This "process doesn't allow it" excuse is not an excuse and should be fixed.

The app and ordering process was fine but I personally think it’s a joke that you ask customers to arrange their own postage for returns considering the brands your selling and associated costs. My order was circa £450 but on top of this I had to arrange postage for returns at a price of £8. Won’t be buying from Flannels again!

Shocking!!! Been shopping in store and online with flannels for years, this week I’ve had to send two T-shirt’s back as they were to small, and because I’m going on holiday Monday I ordered them for next day delivery on Wednesday evening, Friday still had no notification as to where they were, finally made contact with someone in customer service through email, asked where my order was, to be told my order number doesn’t exist, sent email back with number and explain that was the correct one, got and email back several hours later saying that there had been something wrong with IT and that my order would be here by Wednesday! So then had to reorder another T-shirt, and pay for next day delivery, to find out that won’t be delivered until Tuesday! My flight leaves Monday! What an absolute farce! Not at all good enough!

A farce... Paid for next day delivery, didn't get it. Then sent wrong item which was cheaper than my order but still took price of dearer original ordered item.

I placed an order with flannels, bearing in mind this was the first time I had ordered with flannels. I received a text message and an email saying my order has been delivered but i didn't recieve it. There was no contact number for customer services and emails weren't responded to quick enough.

I have emailed flannels last week on the same day as receiving my order and they have still not replied. For an item or this price it is poor customer service

You didn’t have my size in 2 flannels I went to. The girl said if she orders it I won’t get s refund if it don’t fit! You charged me 6.99 for a in store click n collect Then charged me 10.99 to send it back All I ever wanted to do was try a coat on

Avoid using them online. You probably came here to order a different size or colour because they didn’t have it in store...DO NOT. They will send you an incorrect size or fit of the product you order and refuse to give you a turn around time. Always avoid your questions when emailing customer service.

Order came all scrunched up and had been forced into a small package. I am a regular buyer from the shop and always been happy but will not be ordering online anymore. It’s not like it’s cheap clothing.

Items received unwrapped, box from one item damaged, one t-shirt had white marks around the neck. Images provided for the complaint, I was offer a £10 e-voucher off my next order. There will not be any future orders from me - I am a long standing, loyal customer. This is a disgrace.

Bought Armani coat on line with 14 day distance selling cover. Coat was too small so took it to Doncaster shop. They exchanged it for larger size but did say because it came through the shop I would only be able to get credit note. Very unhappy as this was not made clear when exchanging. Thankfully it did fit, otherwise large credit note :(
