Ordered trainers online ? They advertised wrong ones at wrong price ? Sent me totally different pair and it cost me £6.50 to send them back to get my refund ???? Not good !!

Sent out a different item to what I ordered I had to contact flannels on several occasions to sort it out and it’s been over 7 days and I still haven’t received a refund

as i was told that my order would be delivered on the 28th of may i stayed in all day . parcel has still not been received. paying £6.99 for delivery has annoyed me. maybe i should shop elsewhere.

Still waiting for part of order for over a week ,contacted customer service 3times they do not answer questions asked just IT department and warehouse dealing with it, if I stock why dont they send it if not say sorry no lo get available. Think it disgusting they charged for the goods I not received and carnt answer why I been charged .

10 days after placing my order it has still not arrived at the designated Flannels store! Customer support takes 72 hrs to answer why Worst service ever

Bad customer service, paid for my order 10 mins later got an e-mail saying 75% of my order was out of stock! Dont keep the products on website updated, so end up selling items that are sold out

Delivery costs are too high and the duration is too long. If ASOS can offer £10 next day delivery for a year why can’t the sports direct group? Almost all products never worn on a model to understand the fit better. Descriptions are not good enough.

Hi,I had ordered 2 items but surprisingly I have only received one item ( paul and shark t shirt) whereas there is no communication about the second item (armani jeans for men) ,can you please get back to me regarding the same...very dissatisfied with the service ....there was no email from flannels regarding separate delivery of both the items ..please help in resolving this My order number is FLAN40000057429262 thanks

I ordered a pair or trainers and one of them come creased and the box was damaged. I email customer services and they have not yet resolved the problem. I am very disappointed in the service.

Yous decided to send 2 separate parcels at different times, to which I was unaware of. I was then on my way to collect one of them from the depot on the way to the airport to find the other parcel containing the one item I needed- in my local shop without me even known?!! Disguising service from a shop like this. We always shop here for designer wear but not reliable recently.

Terrible company, orderd jeans for special occasion with a jumper and paid 6.99 delivery to only find out they cancelled my jeans as they did not have it stock, however they still happy to take the 6.99 even though i wont get my complete order, delivery is well overpriced for very slow delivery even opted into store collection 4 days later still not arrived Other company's offer next day delivery for better delivery price than them Simply just avoid them no point wasting your time
