After paying for next day delivery, I received notification from DPD my delivery would be 5 days later. When calling to challenge this point I was advised this wasn’t true and it would be with me in 24 hours. It arrive 3 days later

Ordered a parcel on 29th of may, it is the 7th of june now and it still has not arrived, absolutely terrible service and i still have no idea how long it Will take to be delivered, ive been phoning flannels but they never answer and they take over 24 hours to reply back by email

Awful, worst shopping experience of my life. Ordered 3 items only 1 arrived. I paid for Express delivery and still took 4 days to arrive. To my shock only 1 arrived called to online help who made it seem like it was a regular occurrence. 10 days later they say to me that the kenzo jumper isn't available and would only be allowed to release the in stock diesel jumper if I cancelled the kenzo jumper. Would not recommend flannels anyone absolutely shocking company

Paid for next day delivery and received 3 days later, poor communication from customer service team and very unreasonable postage charges. £9.99 is very extreme let along when I spent £190

I wish i seen these reviews before i purchased. Paid for next day delivery - it did not arrive - i asked for order to be cancelled before it had even been dispatched - they confirmed they will - 4 days later they still havent and i received a message saying my order will be sent today. If you need anything ASAP stay away, if youre looking forgood customer service stay away - no contact number to call - all done via email - slow response. Still havent sorted my cancellation/refund yet

Terrible service. Ordered the wrong size shirt and found out after 10 minutes and tried to cancel it straight away but they sent it and when I returned it it cost me another £10 for delivery and they said it hadn’t been received (this was on a Tuesday) so I sent them my tracking number which said it was delivered on Monday and now they are finally giving a new one.

I purchased 3 items for next day delivery but my order was marked as delivered but not received anything so i contacted flannels and then checked cctv the dpd driver only went and passed my items to some random person who stopped in a vehicle walked over and signed for it so they reject my claim and say that the timing from my cctv and driver device have a 3 min gap i explained the time can be few min out on either my cctv or the driver device but the customer service advisor peter was coming accross like he didnt want to hear what i had to say said there is no manager or anyone else i can speak to it has been the worst experience ever so as we stand i am 650 pounds out off pocket havent received any items or any refund and i have provided cctv off what has happened

Still waiting for the third out of 3 items to be dispatched from a 400 pound order. Nobody has a clue as to when I might receive the last item

Bought a belt who had the retail value of 200 GBP. A little over 6 months the quality of the belt is so bad, that it has been showing tears in the leather. The response from flannels is that this is normal and that I will need to have an official letter written from a reputable company, in order to have the error verified. That's generally a very nice way of saying they don't care. For a luxury brand the service provided is appalling.

Ordered sunglasses firstly the packaging was terrible I wanted to give it as a eid gift the glasses case was missing. Secondly the glasses were used the frames were mis-aligned.

Ordered from on line recieved no problem. Tried to return for exchange and have had nothing but hassle advising not their problem They are quick enough to pass the balme to everyone but themselves. Customer services is shocking. Fine when taking order but dont try to return anything.

The item did not arrive next day as paid for. When it did eventually arrive the security tag was intact! Now must return. Not a good experience.

My item came and it was dirty and I had order a Versace polo shirt for our eid celebration which is the equivalent of Xmas. I called up and spoke to an adviser who disconnected my call. I then called back and spoke with a second adviser who was extremely rude and not listening to my actual complaint and diverting the conversation elsewhere. I got very upset and angry at this point when I requested to speak with a manager I was put through to a manager called Penelope who was again very abrupt and rude and kept talking over me. All she said was send in pictures we can look in to it. I made this complaint on Friday she promised she would call me back I have still not heard anything. I have shopped many many times in flannels the one closest to me is Leeds and I have purchased items online aswel this is the first time I have experienced this service and I am afraid I will never shop here again! Absolutely abhorrent service and treatment I got from ur staff and il be making sure I tell my friends and families not to shop here either! I am still waiting for a call from the manager who is investigating my case and it has been 6 days this company is absolutely shocking no care for the customer at all

Awful service complained been offered delivery refund which is laughable. I trusted in your service which left me stranded last minute which caused great inconvenience and was only offered delivery refund ! I still havent had the time to return the trainers to get the security tag removed!
