I ordered 5 t shirts coming to a total of £350 last week for next day delivery, I received one next day delivery, I chased the other 4 up and didn’t come to a solution, I was told I was going to receive the rest today, I received two so I am still 2 t shirts short, so this whole affair has been ridiculous

Placed my order before 2.00pm and paid £9.99 for next day delivery. My delivery didn't arrive until 2 days later it contained only 1 of 3 items ordered. The remaining 2 items didn't arrive until 2 days after that. Throughout the whole process, no one from Flannels made contact with me to let me know about the issues / delays. The team who manage the Facebook messages are useless and were very unhelpful - i found the communication quite poor, messages contained just copy and pasted text and i felt as though i was treated like i should have been a mind reader... After wasting a lot of my time chasing up, i finally got through to someone on the phone who was more helpful but the long and short was that the general feel was 'you'll get your order when you get your order - there is nothing we can do'. I had to push for a refund of my next day delivery charge (which i have back now) but thought there might have been a goodwill gesture offered in the form of a discount or even a written apology but there was nothing. I also explained that i was going away and spent 2 days of my trip just trying to get an update on my order All in order, the customer service / treatment towards a regular, loyal, spending customer was shocking and i question whether i use Flannels again in the future

My order was lost and my item was never recovered. I was not offered an apology or any form of compensation. Extremely disappointed with my experience with flannels

I ordered next day delivery on Friday which I expected the parcel on Tuesday which was my religious festival day but instead I received the parcel a day later which actually ruined the day for me and I was really upset on the day because of this

The order is a complete mess. I only received one pair of shorts and the other two were meant to be cancelled. I have been told now that they were not cancelled but I have not received them. Now I have returned the one pair of shorts and I have paid for 3 and had no refunds. I will never order again.

I was told if i pay extra it would be next day delivery when it took 3 days to delivered i feel i was mislead by your team in leeds

Unacceptable. Returned an item and wanted to exchange. Have so far received no correspondence on the matter. Last week the item was sent back via registered mail. It was signed for by the receiver in Wigan, but I receive an email saying they still haven’t received it. Shambolic. Never again.

I’m disappointed that a £125 designer top comes in a plastic bag. Not boxed up you’d think I’d ordered a £10 top... Also at this price I’ve had to pay for delivery on top of that £6.99 and also to return it I’ve had to pay another £7 to deliver it back even though I’m exchanging the top for a larger size. Currently waiting for that. I can safely say I won’t be ordering anything from Flannels ever again

Ordered a belt on a Friday realised straight after purchase that belt was wrong size. Called at 18.00 to cancel order and customer services already closed. Tried to cancel order via email straight after. It seems no customer services work weekends! As did not get a reply until Monday afternoon. Received parcel did not open posted back recorded delivery and was signed for on 6th June by a man called Dean. I have not received an acknowledgement that my parcel has been received or if unrefined being processed despite emailing customer services with my order number. All in all pretty shocking service.

It was my first time ever I did shopping with Flannels. I wasn’t happy I have brought a top from you guys and it come out to be the wrong size vI wasn’t happy about it I did pay £10 for next day delivery and now I have to pay for the postage to send it back.
