Order 2 things from flannels 2 days later got a email saying my order was cancelled because 1 of the items was not in stock. Then 2 days later got a email to say my parcel was being delivered today with just one of my order in it. not giving me a chance to Change the colour of my other order so if I want to order it again in another colour I have to pay postage again

Unable to send an email after not receiving my items and being messed about by dpd Email sent via Flannels website and received a response to say that email could not be recognised!! No live chat or telephone call option available Being sent emails by Flannels chosen delivery service to state my item was ready for collection from their chose safe store only to be told it was not delivered.

Still have received my order been 10 days now and I needed it for my holidays very disappointed how long it takes especially when the delivery cost it’s very high to start with

Flannels is an absolute joke. Made order on 31st May took two weeks to process order with no contact from flannels, paid for delivery. Order has never arrived and now your telling me the item has arrived and it’s my fault your courier has left it outside and I have not received it. Terrible service, terrible customer service/relations. Problem still not resolved

My parcel got delivered with no t shirt in there but instead there was an empty apple juice bottle. I’ve tried explaining this but they’ve closed the investigation. So I’ve paid £41.99 for a Calvin Klein t shirt which I haven’t received and been left with a empty apple juice bottle. Terrible.

I made 10 orders for over 2 weeks now and 8 items not received and no explanation nor a time scale as to when i will receive my remaining order.. This is totally unacceptable and below my expectations of flannels. I needed some of those items for father's day which i told the CS but no positive response and till now no response despite all emails i have sent. It is truly unfortunate that a client could be treated this way after paying for the items, never really believed all the negative reviews from your other clients but with this happening to me, i am beginning to have a rethink. Inshort, just send my order to the collection point. You have completely changed my itinery by making me stay longer in essex to collect my order. I live in London but at the time of this order, i was in essex for a few days, hence, the reason you are delivering to one of your stores.

I am not impressed. I tried to content this company 3 times to explain the to did not require the item that was delivered to ems anymore, also the tags are still attached to this item and I would like to send it back with the forms I also received. Poor communication skills and lack of customer service.

Still waiting for product to turn up, was meant to be a father's day present delivery company says flannels requested parcel back and flannels are telling me it's with delivery company either way avoid this company if you don't want to be ripped off.

Very slow service after paying extra for next day delivery it tuck 1 week to arrive. And no reply to the email I sent to flannels. Very disappointed in the service......

Designer t shirt arrived with a hole in it also paid for next day delivery which I got told unlucky I won’t get a refund for that I sent the parcel back the same day recorded delivery at my cost told it takes up to two weeks to get on system worse company ever I have now been told it will be changed but going on holiday and no one can even tell me when it’s coming I will never use flannels again and I will do my best to spread the word on how bad they really are and after writing this I still will not get any response because no body cares who works for flannels

If I could give half a star I would. My order was late, for a start no one responded to my emails when i was enquiring about the order. Then another item was cancelled on my order. I managed to find a customer service number and the woman didn't seem to care much about my situation and just told me my clothes would come eventually

Charged me 9.99 for delivery and took 7 days and the cap was 175 got charged that and the price that came was 110 not good customer service

I ordered next day delivery well before 2pm on Thursday 6th June and did not receive my package until Monday 10th June. When I received a text on Friday 7th June, telling me my package would arrive on Tuesday 11th June, I rang the customer helpline. The person I spoke to told me that my package would not arrive until Monday but offered no explanation why or any form of apology on behalf of your company. There was no offer of compensation for your poor efforts until I asked your employee, to which he begrudgingly offered me a mere refund on the delivery charge. I understand that mistakes can happen but it was the way that your company reacted to the mistake that I find unprofessional. I wanted my package for the weekend, hence why I ordered next day delivery and was let down.

I wasn’t not happy with this order at all, I ordered it and paid for next day delivery on the 31 of May it came on 11th of June? Still was charged next day delivery. Disgusting

Not happy at all with my purchase from flannels been messed bout all week with parcel being delivered then cancelled, I finally received my parcel this evening to find boxes that the boxer shorts came in were all ripped and battered they just look a mess they were for presents for friends, I’m so disappointed what happened to the flannel bags that items were delivered in, I may not have spent mega money but I still expect my purchase to be delivered in a satisfactory way, one very unhappy customer sorry to say.

Absaloutley terrible, places an order for a pair of jeans, went through a lot of hassle to find out what had happened. Got told another would come now they’ve cancelled my order!
