Appalling service and customer service

I received item later than expected. Item was wrong size so returned it recorded delivery costing £7.40 and know you signed for it on Wednesday morning but not received any communication from yourselves stating the current position with my order. I have tried checking the website and it says no previous history. Cannot find a phone number to ring to find out either Any update from you would be appreciated

Terrible service. I ordered an item of the website and was told ‘I can’t guarantee when it will arrive’. I cancelled the item but it was sent anyway and the money was taken out of my account. The item didn’t arrive as they requested for it to be returned but I still haven’t received a refund.

Ordered 2 items and paid for delivery to store, next day emailed that 1 item out of stock. 13 days before 2nd item was delivered to store. I have shopped with rival online designer outlet who delivered for free in 4 days! Very poor

I order a coat it came late and wrong size so then when i went to take it back I had to pay stupid amounts of money for return myself instead of the company PRE paying

At the moment it is hard for me to write a review because I returned my item on Monday recorded delivery and I have tracked it ,and it has been sighed for on Tuesday, but I have not had any email confirmation. It is now Thursday and I am starting to worry as I only wanted to exchange for a different size. When I went on customer service it seems to just be an automatic email system and they said it can take up to 14 days to get a response. I think if you return an item they should inform you as soon as they receive it as the items are not cheap.

Hi I am completely aggrieved by the service provided by your company and will not be making a purchase with you again. I have simply sent a pair of slides (order number FLAN40000057745522) back for an exchange to a smaller size (from size 9 to 8) which is in stock. I sent this last Friday, not only did I have to pay for special delivery it arrived and has been signed for on Saturday 15th - I do not understand why I have had no correspondence at all and have not received the item back as part of the exchange. This is totally unacceptable as I do not have money to waste. Please see attached that the item has been returned. Please note I returned it using the return label that was included in the parcel. This is disgraceful as I need the slides ASAP. Please provide an update ASAP

Terrible service. Awful customer service system with clueless people. Especially bloke called Dean. I’ve had nothing but trouble on a couple of orders . And you charge for returned items ... Woodhouse is free P&P. Only order from you as a last resort

I was not told about a split delivery even when my first parcel arrived. It did not mention the other items as it said it would do if there was a split delivery. Second delivery arrived with no packing notes and looks like it was sent after i complained. Poor customer service. I am now going to have to contact the customer service department again to see how I can return items from the parcel with no packing note.

What’s to review? Ordered 9 items - only received 3 - communication from Flannels was so poor , 10 days after ordering and I was still having to message and ring you numerous times despite you assuring me you would contact me. One of the calls, (I think it was the first)was one of the most uninterested unhelpful individuals I have ever come across, I actually laughed , I just wished I had the audio!! Although I would like to add, the final call when in the end you just refunded the missing order, the chap was really helpful and actually apologised and did every he said he was going to do!! Great stuff, great website but the customer experience and delivery process was as bad as I have ever experienced- I can’t really justify the one star to be honest. Such a shame

I have ordered clothes online using credit know and rest ni needed to pay with credit card. After two days i received email saying that one item is out of stock. I wanted those two items to use my credit note and in the end i finished with one of the item and another credit note which i didnt want. Also i needed to spend 7 pounds for delivery which i didnt want to spend just for one item . So i decided to cancel my order. Im not paying twice for delivery just because you have problems with website. Clothes which are no aviliable in the sizes they shouldnt be show on the website. It unfair to lie to customer that you have all sizes and after inform by email that actually its not in stock becuse i wouldnt buy this what i bought. a specially that prices are really hight and needed to fight for every pound, Its been one week and didnt get my refund just credit note which is less than item i returned. Big joke

Was charged £6.99 for delivery, everything arrived separately and one item (which was a gift for Father’s Day) didn’t arrive for 6 days. Poor service

Won’t use again. Terrible customer service. Emails said all items (4) sent. Only one arrived. No reply to my email to customer services. No tel no to contact you. 5 days later another emailing saying my order dispatched. Then an email saying there’s a problem. Then it arrives the next day. 10 days after ordering.

Systems was down so had to leave and come back but they women working handled it very professionally. But it doesn’t fit so i want to send it back and I don’t think it’s right that I can take it back to the shop where I picked it up from instead I need to pay to post it and then wait up to 14 days to be able to get my money back shocking.
