I purchased a jacket in sale and was delighted when it arrived only to find it had a security paint tag attached. After several emails Flannels refused to remove the tag and offered refund only. I went to EQVS in Lincoln and they gladly assisted with removal. I will never shop with flannels again very poor customer service.

poor service, I ordered on Thursday and paid £7.99 for next day delivery. My goods arrived on Monday with a two day delivery sticker on it. Will not be ordering again

Absolutely shocking! I paid for next day delivery on a gift I had ordered for my partners birthday and was told it would take five days to be delivered as it had not been processed as next day delivery due to an issue on your website. When I finally tracked down a customer service telephone number through Facebook private message - I was told that there was nothing that could be done! Customer service is shocking and as this is not the first time I have had an issue with Flannels, I will be reluctant to shop with them again!

I made 2 online purchases apx 2 weeks ago, a few new bits for a short holiday. My first purchase was delivered a couple of days before my long weekend break, yours arrived 3 days after my return. 2 orders made the same day but one arrived 6 days after the other. and I ordered the Nylon Metallic swim shorts in XL, I received the Metallic swim shorts.

Item came a week late and all I got was my £3 back for next day delivery, I ordered next day delivery for a reason by the time the item came it wasn’t needed. Will not be shopping here again

Service shocking, customer services shocking, whole experience disgusting. Would never use your company again. You maybe cheap but you need to remember you are supposed to be selling top branded products and customer expect a service to suit, unfortunately you don’t even live up to pound savers

Ordered some jeans and paid next day delivery received jeans two days late was supposed to be for my birthday was only refunded the delivery cost no compensation

I ordered for next day delivery but I didn’t receive until a week later. I called up and was promised a reply within a few hours once they found out where my order was but again NOTHING!!!! I cancelled my order online but once again it was ignored and order came through a couple of days later for which now i have to go out of my way to return! Not to mention that i still haven’t been refunded the shipping fee that i paid extra for and was told it would be refunded as I didn’t recieve my items in time! Extremely disappointed with the service i recieved. I’m not sure i will be shopping here again!

Ordered two Vivienne Westwood dresses , arrived screwed up and wrinkled in plastic bags no decent packaging no hangers , both had stains on the hem lines , looked like they had been worn , cost me £9.80 to return them

Ordered 3 items last Tuesday, only one arrived on Thursday with next day delivery. It’s been over a week and they can’t even tell me a date when it’s going to arrive, wouldn’t have been told anything if I hadn’t called. if you don’t have an item in stock, people shouldn’t be able to order it. Spent 400 and seen a t shirt for it over a week later, not happy.

Waste of time,i ordered clothes for my wifes birthday on 5th june as her birthday is on the 8th,taken full payment was taken it is now the 12th june and still havent recieved anything,never again
