I received the shoes Without any problems really fast delivery couldn’t wait to open the shoes but when I opened them I hadordered a size 6 but was sent a 6 1/2 The shoes also looked as though they had been tried on lots maybe X display return them straight away and I’m still waiting for a refund for days later

Product is great, however the delivery service and after service is absolutely appalling. You cannot get hold of anyone in the customer care department, there are short deliveries, to which you cannot speak to anyone with authority, it is becoming too painful to keep ordering from Flannels at this rate. I have spent a large amount of money at Flannels but I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere, the staff in the shops are great, but their hands are tied with how bad the delivery arrangements are and the after care service when you order something online. Took over 10-14 to process order and only processed when I contacted customer support. After contacting customer support it took a further 5-6 days for order to be processed. Totally unacceptable from a high end retailer. I asked for some good will die to inconvenience caused but was refused. Never had such problems with competitors. Returned the item over a week ago and still no contact or refund from flannels. I don’t know if I am intentionally being targeted but to have 2 negative experiences from 1 order I don’t this a coincidence. I highly doubt I will order again and will share my experience with others.

Ordered new BOSS shoes on 18th and it's now 27th and they still haven't arrived. Quick enough to take my money though. Not impressed one bit. Was told 3 -5 working days

Awful service said they had something in stock turns out that they didn’t... also dean in customer service didn’t try and help me one bit I was disgusted the fact he didn’t try and help me out at all.

Haven’t received my item. Was told 5-7 business days and it’s now been 8 business days and 12 days over all. Been sending in contact forms to the customer service team asking for help for the past 3 days and haven’t had a reply. Wasn’t even sent an email to tell me my order has been dispatched. Not happy. Where is my order?!?!?!

The shoes I ordered cost me $800 and they were shipped in A BAG- with no way to keep the lid secure during transit. At least a rubber band to keep the shoes in the box would have been appreciated. There was no protective packaging and the box and shoes arrived damaged.

Flannels sent wrong size shoes and a t-shirt with holes in. Customer service really poor in terms of the response via email takes ages and then is unsatisfactory. Considering what you are paying for the items the service is poor. Paying next day postage to receive wrong and faulted items and costing to send back is not acceptable.

Completely terrible, took money for my order when knowing full well they didn’t have them in stock, took over a week to get a refund. I’d give them zero stars if I could Avoid!

Had to send 2 pairs of £1000 Christian Loubouton shoes back, one delivery took nearly 2 weeks to come, shocking overall service.

Unfortunately my items went missing. Could only contact Flannels by email, I thought this was very poor customer service. No one would take responsibility for my items. The courier service kept saying Flannels had my items and Flannels said the courier service had them. I ended up traveling to a store. The staff in store were extremely helpful and managed to get me a refund. I think for such a high end company there should be a contact number for customers to be able to speak to someone. I will not be ordering from Flannels again.
