I ordered a premium item and paid an additional fee for next day delivery, the item has still not arrived, the courier company say pending parcel from Flannels, Flannels say parcel passed to delivery company! Emailed to find out what's going on, auto response recieved! Safe to say I will not be shopping with Flannels again!

Delivery from order date took 6 days. I sent part of my order back to exchange for bigger sizes via special delivery which cost me £11 which was received and signed for on the 26th June and I am still yet to hear from flannels or receive my exchanged goods another 6 days later! Terrible service. Never again

My order got stolen when the delivery driver left my trainers in the garden. I was told by DPD to contact flannels which I did and they told me they would launch an investigation and get back to me in 3 working days. I'm now into day 4 and heard nothing and £141.99 out of pocket

Bought a bag it arrived damaged! And dirty! No number to call so had to send back at my own cost of £8.95! Not really what I expected. Really peeved I had to shell out more golf my own money to send it back! No idea if I can get a new one or what will happen as could contact customer service and shop in leeds never answer the phone! 😡

I ordered I jacket, you sent me the wrong one. I called to speak to your customer service’s number twice given conflicting answers and to send emails I have sent multiple email with images ect I have had hardly any contact back with answers in the mean time I believe the jacket I wanted had sold out. But it still shows available on your web site. Gutted because I really wanted that jacket and you Had been okay up to this order.

I have sent an item back due to it being faulty. I want to do a simple exchange but the contact has been minimal. It’s is a gift for a birthday and I want to know when it will be here. Shocking communication

I ordered 4 items 24/6 . My parcel didn’t arrive . Eventually able to speak to somebody today order got lost . Items reordered today however 2 items out of stock very disappointed with the service

Service is good in store but the delivery service is horrible , ordered a belt and it came broken , ordered a second belt and it came with the security tag on , waste of money and time.

Order over a week ago and still waiting for my items to be delivered! Wouldn’t recommend or use again. As i’m still waiting for my delivery, I can’t even answer all the questions to the survey.

Got a text saying my item was going to be delivered a day later that what i has payed for, i then couldnt find a number to call flannels on as i later found out its hidden in their terms and conditions, only number i could find before finding this out was a 0845 number which cost me nearly £10

Sunglasses were not in the case provided so will not recommend Flannels and extremely disappointed as I am a member of staff and the customer service team was dreadful as they failed to provide me with any information or help linked with this issue. Extremely disappointed.

An absolute joke. They charge you £10 for next day delivery or £6 to deliver anyway then if you want to return anything you have to pay to send it back as you cant take it back to store. Their staff are just rude and abrupt. I would never shop here again.

Very poor from start to finish. Communication relating to the order was none existent until I contacted customer services. 4 items ordered 2 deliveries and 1 out of stock.
