I ordered 2 things for a 18th one came and the other didn’t I phoned up only to be told it’s fine it will be with you by the end of the week then on Saturday I get a email saying it’s out of stock and the birthday is Tuesday not happy at all quick to get money of people now I have to get a different bracket from somewhere else costing me more delivery

Shoes were wrecked when I got them home, they were used, I had to pay for delivery to store, went to collect them which is more money to me, then had to return the shoes at they were all marked underneath and on the side and the toe was crinkled, pathetic from a company who advise expensive clothing. I will never be ordering from you again. I couldnt get a refund considering I was sold faulty goods, got a credit not for the price of the shoes without delivery but it will probably cost me £175 in fuel going back and forth to a flannels shop to keep changing anything I order!! I expect a reply from yourselves with some sort of compensation as I am a regular customer to yourselves but otherwise will be changing to a new retailer

Paid a lot of money for a product for my order to be messed up and I was delivered the wrong thing, customer service was then awful. I’ve decided to not shop with Flannels again

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, ordered two items with next day delivery (due to going on holiday 2 days after the order was made) one turned up 2 days later all ripped open and the other item never even got dispatched a week later. I rang up before I had left to go away to try and rectify the problem, ie pick a replacement up from a store or have replacement t shirt or even the money back so I could buy another. All 3 was refused and this ruined my holiday as I had nothing to wear. After my return I got back on the phone and told them I wanted a refund and they said that because I still hadn’t received the item and the first half of my package was late I could have my next day delivery back also. I’ve had to wait days to get the money back in my account and the check of it haven’t even sent my delivery charges back. My friend made an order the same time as mine an he has been sent the wrong items to he rang up and is still waiting for a returns bag to be sent out over a week later. disgraceful company and company service department don’t have a clue what they are doing and just tell you there is nothing they can do for you. Will defiantly not be using again and I will be spreading the word about my experience with you!

Customer service is awful. No one calls you when requested, repeat themselves. Don’t value customers. My complaint is ongoing and hasn’t even resolved as things keep going wrong

Paid over for next day delivery on a Friday, order placed before midday, only to be told I would not get my order until Tuesday. Order arrived on Monday but was expecting it on the Saturday when I needed it. At £9.99 for next day, you expect it to be on time. Email responses - 1st response clearly ignored my frustration and didn’t read my email. 2nd response was a complete lie after being told that next day delivery excludes Saturday. Website clearly states excludes Sun and bank holidays. Still waiting for another reply and resolution/refund on my delivery. Won’t be using again, had I checked trust pilot I would probably not have in the first place. Shoddy workforce in the warehouse, seems many have the same issue with delivery!

Sliders poor quality and have broken after two wears. They were a gift and my son is very disappointed.

Garment pattern was faded in places as not printed properly and with blobs of silk screen ink. Have emailed CS to ask for a refund off PP as had to order another one. Again that was similar so that’s going back too. Quality was dire considering the price!

Ask to cancel within 2 hours of purchase and refused. Said it was processed however I didn’t receive a processed email for another 2 days. Payed extra for next day delivery and received it 3 working days later. Never using flannels again and i have purchased many expensive items from yourself. Worse online experience and customer service EVER!! Going elsewhere.

No free returns faulty goods and no way to contact them when you have a problem. Never again! For the expensive designer wear they sell the customer service is shocking

paid for next day delivery and arrived 6 days later (was needed desperately for a gift) was offered £3 back as that’s the difference between normal and NDD. Then when it did arrive I received the wrong item and customer services took a while to reply. However, the in store staff that have assisted me have been fabulous, will not order online again. You expect better customer service than that when spending £500.

You said 3-5 working days. Only 9 days after I placed my order has everything eventually arrived. I will not order from Flannels again. I look forward to your response in this matter.

Terrible communication - how is it possible to prepare the parcel and hasnt sent it within 24h?! Also, website with customer service support is so...terribly designed - no usufull information for international shipment. My first and last order placed at this web.
