I have tried to contact you twice on your website as there is no telephone contact for customer service. No-one has responded. You sent me the wrong item I ordered and I’ve had to pay to return it. NOT IMPRESSED and will not use you again or recommend you.

Awful delivery service, items arrived on 2 separate deliveries with no prior information of this being given to me. 1 item I received was damaged, and has to be returned, another item off the delivery I was notified that it was out of stock after I received the delivery and the money had been taken out of my account. Not the type of service I aspected off a reputable brand.

Poor communication throughout processing. Not told order was going to be split. It even tells you how to spot if orders split but it hadn’t even followed this. Delivery was £6.99 and took the longest time of their window . No return advice slip sent with second parcel which arrived more than three days after first. All communications had a poor attitude. Parcel to send returns back was £12!! Long return processing window. Please please do not order online, go to a store if you must use this shop!

Ordered some trainers off the website for a special occasion. Website said 3-5 working days trainers took 10 days to arrive. When i spoke to customer service about why my order was yet be processed after a week i was given no answers and fobbed off.

Absolutely disgusted by your services, paid £10 for next day delivery and didn’t receive it until 4 days later! I’m a very active user on flannels but will make sure I can do my upmost too ensure me or my family do not use you again.

Had my eye on a pair of jimmy choos to buy my daughter for her wedding day shoes. These shoes were actually reduced in the jimmy choo sale but I couldn’t get the size, I emailed flannels and asked if they would be reduced, I received a reply from customer services to say they couldn’t help, I replied and asked who could help and to date have still not received a reply, each email also takes days to receive a peplum if you actually do get one. I went ahead an ordered the shoes at full price as I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get them ready for the wedding, I’m now waiting for a refund as the shoes didn’t fit, I called customer services today to see if the shoes have been received and was told they couldn’t help me. Your customer services team are unhelpful and actually rude. Thank you Deborah

No Free delivery is a little primitive, particularly when you consider the price of most of your items, even companies like Super Dry offer free delivery and return! Or the option to return in store, but you don't do that either. Then you use plastic manikins rather than models on some of your pictures which is very 1970's it is no wonder you return rate, is what it is! Try to improve your service if you have the nerve to send out a survey!

Will never shop here again. Goods didn’t turn up next day as paid for. Customer services is terrible. Worst shopping experience ever. Tessuti all the way. Better people and great service

Wrong shoe size in the correct size box and having to wait a very long time to change the shoe!! And very slow response !!

Shoes are odd sizes Took the shoes back into the store and despite the stores staff accepting the mistake at the warehouse they couldn’t help It has been 5 days since I contacted customer services and I am still sending emails and photos of the shoes backwards and forwards to sort the problem out

2 missoni by Adidas tops I ordered were huge and should of said order size down on website. Then the missoni logo tee had marks all over it and all 3 had to be sent back. A bad order

Ordered the coat and had to pay £7 to deliver it into store, to find out I couldn’t bring it into store if it wasn’t right fit. Got home tried it on to find out it looks nothing like online, and basically bought a yellow condom. To then have to pay another £5.20 to send the coat back

Shocking customers service, couldn’t help me with anything. I got lied to by a member of staff by stating my item “will” be with me by the next day, which then turned up a week later. Then called to find out where my items was and they was just stating they don’t know where my items are. Really put me off shopping with your selves.

If I could leave no stars I would, had to order the same shoes 3 times 1st pair damaged, second pair USED and 3rd pair didn’t turn up on time even though paid for next day delivery! Customer service in the main were arrogant and unhelpful over a week on now and still out of pocket for £2100 shocking service from start to finish!!!!!
