Let down on a delivery

Payed extra for next day delivery for a birthday give. Didn’t arrive for days and when is did the box gift box was damaged. Tried to contact customer services twice but zero response. Appalling from what is supposed to be a premium brand.

Didnt even receive my items till the day after the (next day delivery) which i had paid for!!! Only then to find the item was wrong!!! & the item sent doesnt come up on the website & polo reatails for £120 max but had a ticket for £200 i think not!!! Somethinh very strange!!!

Terrible experience customer service is terrible no phone number to call. Ordered on Friday evening paid next day delivery got a message from DPD saying they would be delivered Monday eventually come Tuesday opened box and shoes/laces were dirty Emailed customer service they replied with they don’t see what the issue is.. when you pay £370 for a pair of shoes you expect them to be in pristine condition Pictures don’t really show how dirty they were Not happy at all would not recommend or buy again from them

Ordered 5 items for next day delivery last wednesday. Only 2 items showed up. Then got told the one item was out of stock two days later. Then the other two items didn't arrive until the sunday when I needed them for the saturday.

Expensive postage. Next day post paid for but not achieved. Awful communication on returns. Dreadful service. Emails have a sense of hostility about them. Two weeks to confirm receipt of a returned item!! No phone number to call.

Awful, ordered products in stock for a holiday. All in stock, paid for next day delivery. Only one item arrived, when i queried with Flannels CS, they said there had been a "warehouse mistake". I informed them to cancel the rest of the order as i was leaving the next day. Shipped the rest of the order anyway, now I have to pay to return!!!

I will never be purchasing from Flannels ever again I will also advise people to stay clear the customer services are a joke. I ordered a birthday gift on Wednesday 10th July paid £10 next day delivery for my parcel to not be delivered and then have emailed and received no explanation as to where my parcel is and why it wasn’t delivered. I then emailed every day after this issue and received one response on the Friday and nothing since, I had to call around all different stores ie Birmingham Solihull Manchester and eventually Doncaster store gave me the customers service number absolutely awful service.

Poor ! I paid £6.99 for delivery that I should have received a week ago I still don’t have it! Now I have been told it has been sent back to flannels and I will wait 10 working days to receive when my items ordered were a birthday gift that is now too late so I have had to ask for a refund and still wait 5 days so poor service I would reconsider using DPD for deliveries as worst service and well known for it .

Took a week to even process the order and take the money from my account. Had to return one item and am still waiting for communication regarding this and my refund!!! Would rather go to an actual shop if I had to shop with you again

All the staff in the Plymouth branch need a serious lesson in customer relations. Served by two different guys, both moody, rude, impolite, and unprofessional. Seems to be the norm, by everyone I spoke to! Will be taking my business elsewhere. Absolute pants

Was expecting delivery on the 11th July still not received parcel which is a £420 pair of trainers and nobody can give me answer to as where they are no parcel or emails to explain what’s going on shocking customer service

Been waiting 3 weeks for an exchange is absolutely ridiculous first they said it will be 7 working days now its been 8 working days and now they are saying ill have to wait another 5 working days for my exchange to come through one of the worst companies I have ever bought from and I paid next day delivery and the product was not sent next day like how bad can a big company get. I'm never purchasing from Flannels ever again. You have lost another customer yet again.
