I ordered next day delivery on Sunday the 21st and I am still waiting for my item on Wednesday the 24th, I was only informed that my item was out of stock once I enquired about it and was told I can’t cancel and that the money was still in my account when it has, still waiting to find out if the item is even in stock or if I will get it and when, I won’t be ordering online with flannels again

Never got my £10 in-store voucher, belittled by staff at Meadowhall Sheffield and by your customer service, made out as though I was trying to deceive your shop of a £10 voucher ,this is on going and I will not shop with flannels again! Best wishes

Got my order wrong, tried to contact you through customer service. Sent an email to you last week and I am still waiting to hear back. Will not be purchasing again and will be sharing my terrible experience with friends and family.

Firstly, I ordered a product (a wallet) from Flannels. This process was smooth enough with no issues. However, I paid for Next Day Delivery and the product did not get delivered the next day. This delivery cost me £9.99 so I contacted customer service to receive a postage refund. I did not (and still have not) receive a reply at all. Next, when I received my product, I opened it to find out that it was actually not the correct product. I contacted customer service and, after a few days of waiting, received a response. This time they were very helpful, they requested some pictures showing the wrong product as well as the barcode, then sent another response with a free returns label. This is the only redeeming feat, however, so I'm still very disappointed with the overall experience.

Delivery price was disgusting, then item was no good so had to pay again to return. We will never order from flannels again, the clothes are expensive enough without charging ridiculous prices, contacted our local flannels store to enquire about collecting from there what was the same cost. Greed has getting the better!!

Tried to cancel my order, was ignored. Have now returned the item and processing of the refund is taking a long time. Very poor, no chance I'll shop with Flannels again.

Rubbish service. Lost our stone island jacket. Still waiting for nearly a £400 refund. The jacket has been clearly stolen DPD and all we have been doing is being passed backwards and forwards. Can’t contact flannels by phone as no number. Awful company and we will never spend that sort of money with them again. Where’s my jacket or give me a refund!!!!!!

Poor service. Bought a stone island top which was expensive and it came with both security tags still attached. I don’t live near a flannels so I had to do a 160 mile trip to get it removed

I ordered a clothing item over £600, it arrived damaged. I returned it immediately for an exchange by recorded delivery. I contacted customer service by email once I was notified by Post Office that it had arrived, there was no response. I then began to read reviews on Trust Pilot and other review sites, and started to get worried. I contacted Flannels immediately, both by email and phone...no reply. It took two weeks before anybody got back to me, and guess what, at first customer service told me they had my parcel and it was in a long list of returned items, but it should be with within a week. A week had gone by, no exchanged item, tried to contact customer service again by email and phone, and again, no reply. Eventually I contacted them, and found out they had ‘lost’ my damaged item. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my exchanged jacket, if I didn’t have proof that I had returned the damaged item, as well as kept onto them regarding sending me the exchanged item, I would have lost my £600. Stay away from this company, buying from them is not worth the stress or the money paid. Read the rest of the reviews and you’ll see all have similar stories to mine.

Poor service all round. Ordered 3 items and recieved only 1 item. I then called head office to say I was still awaiting the other 2 items that had not arrived. Only then was I informed by the gentleman on the phone that I had only 1 package left to arrive as the other item was out of stock. There was no email or anything to tell me one of the items was out of stock, or that I’d be receiving my order over two deliveries. Not only that, but I was charged for all 3 items when they didn’t have one of them in stock. How about you work out what you have in stock before charging people. I’ve never had this experience with an online retailer before, and in the case of flannels it will be my last shopping experience. No apology or anything like it

I wish I could write something positive but the service is absolutely disgusting, you can’t speak to anyone when you have a problem. And chat service is a joke, my parcel went missing & nobody did anything to even try to help, just gob you off!

I have tried to contact yourselves twice as I have only received part of my order but I have been charged for the full amount. The invoice in the goods received shows 4 items but I ordered and I was charged for 5 items. I am still waiting for a response as I haven’t had anything back of flannels.

Dirty and stained clothes sent out non existent quality control , a blind man would of seen these marks as they were so bad.

Terrible experience with Flannels. Ordered a jacket and 2 pairs of shoes. When they arrived, the jacket was a different colour than described on their site (brown instead of black). Returned the entire order, at my personal expense. Took two full weeks to receive a confirmation of return, (after several emails following it up and showing them the tracking info), only to have them not refund the cost of the jacket. I am having to contact my bank for a refund now. I would advise shoppers to avoid at all cost. End clothing and Mr Porter are much better companies to shop with. They don't charge as much postage, they offer free returns and most importantly, it doesn't take them 4-5 days to reply to an email.
