Purchased an extensive supposed to be black bag. It has three marks on the front, is brown not black. The label inside was not even attached and now I have to pay for return postage on damaged goods. Shocking.

I had previous problems when ordering online. The coat I purchased still has the electrical security tag on it. This means I will have to come in store to get it removed. Which is such an inconvenience when you spend so much and still have to pay for delivery. I could of got it delivered in store and received a voucher. I’ve never had a problem with any of your stores so will probably doing my shopping this way in future.

What an absolute joke of a company Flannels are, firstly I ordered a pair of Valentino Slides online and they did not for so decided to take them back to store and was told I was not allowed to and had to send them back via the post office, the sliders where actually £45 cheaper in store, when I sent the parcel back I had to pay for it as you do not provide free returns and this cost me £26 as the value of the item, this is a disgrace

Bought stone island trousers, no stone island badge with them and a SELFRIDGES tag in front left pocket, dirty mark in between the two back pockets. First time buying from flannels and it will most definitely be the LAST.

Paid for next day delivery and my order turned up 5 days after. Emailed them explaining my issues and herd nothing back from them. Good enough to take your money but not interested in giving it you back. Would never order from this site again.

Delivered top and bottom half of a bikini in 2 different packages, 11 days apart and did not tell me about this in any paperwork nor online. Returned top of bikini (as no use without the bottoms) and then 2nd half arrived. Online customer services is a waste of time as answers predetermined questions only. Searched on intranet for Flannels phone number and had the worst service I have ever experienced, was told that a manager would ring me back and this never happened. Took more than 14 days to refund me for returns. Refused to pay the cost of my 2 separate returns or the original delivery charge. I will not use Flannels again. Terrible customer service.

Parcel should have been delivered on the Monday latest as per the delivery I paid for, raised a query when the parcel was 4 days overdue, just had an automated email back saying it was with the courier for delivery and should be there in the next few days, well outside the terms I had paid a large delivery amount for. No phone number to ring, exceptionally poor customer services, 1st time using this company, there wont be a second.would have given 0 stars if an option !

The item did not come as it is in the picture. I could have brought these in store without the logo on the side and not paid £7 for delivery. 2 weeks ago I emailed customer services and they have emailed last week to say they will speak to the warehouse. I emailed again Tuesday and still have had no reply. So annoying when it was for a birthday present.

Complete incompetence between flannels and their chosen courier DPD mean I still don’t have the item I ordered. I reported the issue but the customer service response, while polite, was clearly just a template answer and showed that they hadn’t actually read my email.

Ordered goods on the 7th July, received on the 9th July, retuned one item, an expensive V Westwood shirt. Called three times to a very unhelpful customer service team who were not prepared to give me any information to wether they had received the item back. Yesterday which was the 25th July, called again, saying that the recorded message stated that good would be returned within 7 working days, only to be told that was incorrect, and again they could tell me nothing about my return. I then called the post office, whoo informed me after this length of time, it was a lost item, I then had to complete a composition form and post off. Yesterday I received an email from Flannels, saying that my item has been exchanged, today I receive an email saying that I will be having the returned item delivered to me on the 29th July. Shocking service, not helped by very unhelpful customer "Not interested team" you have lost me as a store and online customer. Keep up the bad work!!!!

When collecting my parcel from the merry hill store I have to wait around for quite some time until they were able to locate it. The lady dealing with me had to call two managers to come help as she could not locate it! One colleague than rang someone; no idea who to question where the parcel has gone as there records show it is in store, I have come to collect it and they can not find it. The lady then went to go look “everywhere” as instructed by the other manager and finally came back with the parcel! I had a lot of my time wasted in store. Upon getting home I opened up my parcel to notice the left shoe has scratches, scuffs and marks on! So very disappointing when you spend so much money on a pair of jimmy Choo shoes, a pair of shoes that are suppose to be for my wedding and now just wasted more of my time. I will be returning these as I’m very disappointed with the product and service received.

There was an item sent out wrong and it has taken all week on and off (an email every 48 hours) to sort it out and I'm still waiting for a full answer of what to do!

Packaging was damaged and subpar. Not impressed at all. No type of compensation was offered at all even though i had bought the item as a gift and it was completely unpresentable

Pathetic service! In my opinion Probably the worst service & website full stop! Ordered several products, money was taken, later received emails stating items weren’t in stock, yet still advertised on the site as in stock!!! Paid extra for next day delivery! Placed order, received message stating my item will be delivered on a certain day/time.... but wasn't! It was late! Beware of ordering via site, you place an order many times & once the payment is taken you get emails stating the items ordered aren’t in stock!! Pathetic!! Will never shop there again!

They received my return item on 10/07 and today is 24/07 - still not email confirmation - and no refund . this has to be the worst company ever !!! Please do not order any thing expensive like I did - they never refund your money . I will be contacting the consumer rights and report it to the necessary authority . I can a lot of people having the same experience as me ! worst company I have had deal with.

I received my product, but wasn’t happy so then returned for a refund and I have sent them back which they must be there by now, and have had nothing regarding a refund at all or a email. There’s no number to contact!
