Ordered items on next day delivery, paying an increased premium and only half the order arrived. One week later and still waiting on other items. Customer service is atrocious with responses taking up to 72 hours and no contact number to speak to anyone or live chat for a real-time conversation.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I have emailed customer services but received no response. I have phoned my local store over 30 times but the phone is never answered. I need to return a parcel and exchange it for a different size but my local post office will not accept the return as the address on the returns slip is not registered with Royal Mail.

The order I placed on Thursday morning with next day delivery turned up on Monday afternoon, I did message them three times on the Friday but to no joy. They did refund me the delivery cost, not really helpful when I wanted the outfit for the weekend

I ordered a stone island jacket online for my partners birthday and when I received there was no stone island badge on it. I have been emailing customer services nearly a week which I’ve only had two replies and still no further forward

1. Delayed delivery, several days. 2. One item suddenly out of stock. 3. Arrival at pick up point shambolic 4. All clothing arrived in black plastic bags despite some t shirts etc. were in boxes. All boxes damaged 5. Security tag left on item 6. Unable to contact customer services 7. Contact screen on website stated order didn’t exist 8. No reply to my final email asking if this is how they would expect their items to arrive. 9. Returns are at your cost. 10. Never use them again

Very poor packaging Bought a Hugo boss belt and it came in a ripped bag and not even in a dust bag or gift bag with it

I payed £488.99 online including delivery, delivery was supposed to be available at store 3 days later, it has been over a week and the store and HQ have no idea where my order is, i was told i would hear by latest this evening and i have had no contact, i certainly will be purchasing online ever again.

Size on website incorrect wanted uk 6 sent 39 which isn't correct cost 16.99 to return item due to value needed full tracking. Wouldnt order again

Awful service , sent the wrong product then when i rang up to complain was not interested at all their attitude was terrible and rather than help me kept saying it must have been my fault. Will be the first and last time i use this site

Arrived late, wrong colour, and snapped shoe after 1 day of wear terrible in shop assistants just referred me to cs@flannel took days to reply still not settled .

Always been delighted with items and service postage a little high though . Recently placed an order when it arrived it was completely wrong not what I ordered phoned customer service young man was a little abrupt said he was doing me a favour by giving me a free returns label which is the least he could do plus no refund on the postage which I paid for and yourselves made the error

Terrible customer service want to put in a formal complaint. Delivery came late to the store and staff shut the shop early before closing time and refused to give me my clothes still waiting to get my items.

This is the worst online experience I have ever had I bought a £500 jumper that was the wrong size but the problem starts when you want to return items No tel number, email only with response times up to a week I had to pay £10 to return the item as you cannot return via store and they sent me a belt by mistake as a replacement. I am still trying to return it to get a refund as we speak Over three weeks later I expect better from a premium retailer Even Adidas do better I shall never spend this amount with flannels again and I shop in store regular

NO PREPAID RETURNS Item did not fit Wanted 200 US dollars to return for refund VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE if I would have known this I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED FROM FLANNELS WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN & Will NOT RECOMMEND TO OTHERS NOW IM STUCK WITH ITEM THAT DOESNT FIT Tried to cancel order Flannels said too late to cancel even tho order was only few hours old

It was supposed to be 2 to 3 working days for my parcel to be delivered to store and it actually took 8 working days. Customer service were no help when I contacted them as to why my parcel was delayed

Not a chance would I order from flannels again. £7 for standard delivery and then had to pay £9 to return a pair of shoes which didn’t fit. So I’m £16 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. Wouldn’t mind if I was allowed to return to the store but not allowed, had to be posted back.

Terrible customer service yet again. My item arrived with marks on it (see photos attached) nobody bothered to reply to me. This seems to be the regular pattern of behaviour for Flannels.
