I purchased a Paul Smith Zebra polo shirt from Flannels. The app allowed me to select a colour and then a size. I selected Navy and Medium. A Black polo shirt was delivered. When I checked the order I noticed that Black was specified. I then checked the Flannels app and when you select a Navy - Medium, the colour automatically changes to Black. I queried this with the Flannels customer service team who said "this it is what happens when the size is out of stock" and "I should have checked the order" and "no, they will not refund the postage". A very abrupt email from a lady called Tanya. This is clearly a bug in their app yet they are blaming the customer. Appalling service. Suggest you buy elsewhere or at least make absolutely sure that what you select is what you are buying.

Avoid like the plague. If anything goes wrong with your order, they'll keep your money and ignore your emails.

Definitely not happy with the service I payed for the full £9.99 for NEXT DAY delivery and I didn't receive my parcel till the following 4 days,then had to pay more money for travel to go get my parcel!I had to spend hours on the phone trying to tract down my parcel as the staff had no clue wont be shopping online with Flannels again

The top came and it was the complete wrong top and then failed to answer emails concerning returning. Flannels use to be my go to place to buy a top and now I can say I definitely won’t be ordering again.

I recieved the wrong item and there were no attempts made to compensate me for the inconvenience. Also very long winded to receive a reply for an enquiry.

Very disappointed with my order of 2 pairs of jimmy choo shoes, one pair has some damage to the inside heel.....I now have to incur extra costs to return the via registered post 😣

My online experience was very good and efficient, however, I the shoes I had bought for my son were big and so decided to take them back to Flannels Altrincham in Manchester. Staff in the branch were pretty rude and unhelpful. I was made to feel very inadequate as I was constantly told that the shop could not refund me despite me saying it over and over again that I did not want a refund but just an exchange for my son to get a pair of shoes that fit even if they were a different brand and I had to top up on the original payment. In a nutshell I was made to fell very unwelcome in the branch and therefore decided to leave

It is not obvious in the terms and conditions that additional import cost could be due for international shipments. Other online retailers including FarFetch and ASOS are able to guarantee all final cost at point of sale. The email I sent to customer support, gave me an automated response from a Sports Direct alias which did answer any of my question. I had to go to a complaints ombudsman site to get a phone number for you. When I did finally speak to someone, there was no empathy, apology or genuine confirmation that my suggestion to improve customer service would be passed on. This high-end retailer does not offer a high-end customer experience, and I will not be placing international online orders with you again. Kind regards, Sarmia

Very disappointed that after paying £6.99 for delivery, that I couldn’t return the item to the shop free of charge. Instead I have to pay a further return cost to have an item exchanged. Ultimately, £14 delivery charge, plus £10 return fee. The product was half that value meaning a 50% increase in price for delivery. It’s certainly not a great service.

Never order off flannels!! 5 items were missing from my order which added up to nearly £400 Flannels have said they can’t do nothing about it! Absolute joke. Expect you just to forget about it!

Totally disgusted with delivery charges as I spent a few hundred pounds then still had to pay 9.95 delivery charge then to top it off had to send back a couple of items and had to pay 11.00 to send back. Total RIP OFF, will defo not buy anything again.

Still haven’t received my items paid for next day delivery 9 days ago. Granted this may have something to do with the courier DPD who are a complete waste of space. Cheers

Delivery to a local store didn’t work for me as the shop owner wouldn’t accept my ID as it didn’t have my address on the card I showed him so I was not allowed to receive my goods. His attitude was not good and as I didn’t want to return to the shop my goods have not been received, I trust they will be sent back to Flannels and I’m hoping for a refund so that I can reorder and have the goods delivered to my place of work.

Ordered a Hugo boss leather bag in black, it turned up quickly but in brown with heavy scratches and very bad colour distortion from sun light at a guess an ex display as no labels attached. Refunded today but no refund of return postage which was £11.40, wouldn’t use again as why should you pay to return faulty goods

Ordered Stone Island jumper online when it arrived there was no Stone Island badge on the arm of the jumper tried phoning customer services unable to get anywhere with that it was 4 days before i got a reply by email, eventually got a refund will not be using this service again.

I was sent the completely wrong item, one that is not on the website and cheaper on other sites that do sell it. I am still waiting for customer services to respond to me a week later.

Item not as described, collected in store but unable to get refund in store and I would have to pay for returns. Won’t recommend or be shopping at flannels online again !
