Ordered items then for some reason they couldn't be delivered to collection depot. Rang customer services and they said they would send again to my address. Have received refund but haven't heard any more about order. So not very happy

Terrible still waiting for delivery 6 days later when it was meant to be next day delivery .. emailed customer service and never get anything back still no closer to receiving my parcel

sent me a faulty item (C.P Company lense was missing) Instead of replacing the item like i asked they simply refunded me even though the item is still in stock on their website?

I ordered a pair of black Hugo 708 jeans costing £55 plus a few quid for delivery to store, and a few days later I received a pair of blue G Star Raw jeans costing £35.50. I have spoken to an adviser and today the blue jeans have been returned to Nottingham. I now await my black jeans being dispatched and delivered. Not great, but the female advisor was very helpful ensuring I did not have to pay for return of wrong item.

Having been informed that the email address for Ms Susana Rodriguez was not correct they still keep sending emails out to her using the wrong email address. If they can't sort out a simple problem like an incorrect email address how can you assume they won't get your order correct either.

The Ralph Lauren slippers I ordered were far too small, and of such poor quality that I couldn't believe they were really Ralph Lauren goods. I wasted all that money on the delivery costs having it delivered, and will waste even more money paying to return them, when they weren't even worth ordering in the first place. I thought as they'd been reduced from: £ 64.99 to £ 20.00 I was getting a great deal on some luxury goods, but I've bought Coolers slippers for £5 before that were far better than these rubbish slippers. What a complete rip-off and a waste of time and money. That's my honest review. Sorry it's not very positive but it's honest though.

I was very disappointed with the customer service team . I was given information to pacify me when I was trying to verify my delivery details. My delivery also was in store from the Tuesday and it’s only when o rang again on the Thursday I was told that it was in store

Everything that I ordered was perfect I was extremely disappointed with the courier you use as I had many issues with them which meant me and my partner both took time off work especially for them on delivery days promised for it too not arrive both times which entail lead to us loosing wages and the Jimmy choo shoes box was damaged as they were not taken care of properly which I dont expect after paying the amount of money I did and them being a present which meant a lot.

Wide variety of products, however very unhappy with the condition of the clothes when they were delivered. The packaging is completely unacceptable. This is a £600 Dolce and Gabbana dress. I may not order the dress from the Dolce and Gabbana website, but this does not mean it should be delivered in a way worse than theirs. Not only that it ruined the dress for me, and now I don't even want to try it on, but now I need to spend a lot of money for it to go through dry-cleaning. Of course the dress has to be only cold ironed which is even more expensive service and a massive headache to have to go through for a supposedly brand new Dolce and Gabbana dress. I am very very disappointed and will definitely never shop from Flannels again. Definitely would not recommend to a friend.

Really bad customer service. Charges for shipping to STORE!!! Regular shopper at selfridges and Harvey nicks and thought I’d give flannels a shot. Never again. Staff in store are so rude and left a phone ringing whilst I was stood there, I asked them if they were going to answer the phone to which they replied, nah management should answer, which they didn’t. Never again
