My Valentino’s which I paid around £350 for came damaged. When speaking to the customer service explaining that they were for a wedding and that I fly in several days they didn’t seem to care. In fact in the emails it was ignored. I thought they could least do was give me some compensation as I still am £350 down and waiting for a refund and it’s not like I want to spend all that money again just to get some shoes for an event which I don’t have the time for. Best of all at first they wanted to me to pay to send them back. Really awful for a big brand like this.

I ordered a tracksuit for my son’s 16th Birthday at a cost of £108 and only received the tracksuit top, the bottoms were missing from the order. I was advised to return the top which cost me a further £9 and I am still waiting for the FULL tracksuit to be delivered. (Why were the bottoms not sent in the first place?). Bad service will not order from this website again. Very disappointed.

No communication to acknowledge order was available, or give a delivery date. Most others do this instantly. Long delivery time. Once delivered a quality jacket for £265 was screwed up into the smallest possible envelope rendering it appallingly creased and unwearable . There were also 2 snags in the right cuff material . Disgusting level and quality of service .

Returned an item that was no longer required and had to wait for 6 week before receiving a refund! There was no correspondence from them whatsoever unless I initiated contact and then it took at least 24 hrs for someone to fob me off. Absolutely disgraceful service and definitely will not be using Flannels in the future.

absolute disgrace sent me 2 different sized trainers out and had to give them to my daughter for her birthday ,couldn’t send them back because she had worn them .i know it’s only a slight difference but that’s not the point ,shocking customer service like talking to a computer

Unfortunately it was appalling. I ordered some trainers to be delivered in store, but when I went to collect them I saw they were odd shoes (apparently they are from two different seasons). When I pointed this out to a member of staff, I was told that I had to accept the faulty item and it was my problem to contact customer service to return the shoes. After highlighting that forcing me to accept the faulty item was illegal and breaking UK trading standard laws, the manager contacted customer service on my behalf. She advised that I will receive a refund (of which I am still waiting) and the shoes remained in the store. Additionally, the manager tried to tell me that it was nothing to do with her as it was the fault of the warehouse, therefore taking zero accountability for the company she works for. I’m sorry to say this was a deeply disappointing experience.

I am very disappointed as I did not have any update with regards to the items availability. I had to contact the delivery company then your customer service to find out where is the item. Finally I found out that the item is not available. I did expect an email to inform me of the status of my purchase rather than waiting for so long then calling then asking for a refund. Not happy at all with the service provided.

You pay £6 for delivery then have to pay to send it back, can’t return to store either. Shocking when you’re buying stuff worth hundreds of pounds. I heard nothing for days after ordering. Then out of the blue it’s been delivered to the store.
