When I received my dispatched confirmation email it seemed to have left one of the items off my order (a pair of Kenzo joggers) without given a reason why, so when I picked up my parcel today (from my local store) they obviously weren't inside. However, all of this happened whilst the website still seemed to have them IN STOCK!

Think the delivery times are too long ... and the fact you pay for delivery and pay to return it is awful and that you can’t return it too the store is ridiculous .... I’ll not be using app or online store again

i ordered a £270 gucci belt that arrived with no box or dust bag just a black plastic bag, the tag isn’t even attached just loose in the outer bag! i emailed a complaint for them to reply saying they have spoken to the warehouse team to send me one out, for then yo receive a flannels bag in the post! i am absolutely disgusted and upset over all of this! it has taken me over 12 months to save for a belt which i receive in this condition, nothing to store the belt in. i have replied to the email 3 times and i am just being ignored, they haven’t even got the decency to reply to me, i am so upset over all of this, for such a big company to send an item out like that and the customer service team to ignore my emails as you can imagine i am very unhappy! i have even rang gucci up and they said it’s not acceptable to receive an item like that!

Very disappointed as I paid 9.95 for next day delivery which should of been the Friday and didn’t receive the item till the Monday very disappointed in the service

I decided to shop at flannels because my friends recommended you. I have never been so disappointed with a store like this one. I will never shop here ever again.

the shoes I bought for my son are size 6, I'm a size 7 and they fit me perfectly. he's now going to go to school in shoes that are too big for him my mobile is 07712640431

Ordered a hat which cost £220 that included £6 deliver (2-3days) 5 days later still no hat and all you get when speaking to customer service is there is nothing we can do. Not we have a very disappointed child on his birthday. The advice I got was to cancel my order wait another 5 to 7 days for a refund then order it again on next day delivery. The customer service management team was no more help at all and stated they couldnt tell me why its take this long nor could they speak with the warehouse. So all in all everyone I spoke with helped not one bit. This is the first and last time I use this store as the service is shocking but they still expect you to pay top dollar for it. WOULD STRONGLY ADVICE AGAINST ORDERING FROM THIS STORE

I returned my item with the hope of exchanging from a medium to large size, I have received an email saying it’s been exchanged but I’ve received nothing about when the item will be delivered

Poor customer service. I have not received my parcel for no fault of my own, chasing dpd around. when asked if i would like a refund or re sent out, notes where not read and refund was made. The item was on sale and now back at full price. The email I finally received was very matter of fact. I doubt I will order again

The items received were fine but I paid for next day delivery but didn't receive my items for 2 /3days . I queried this via the email contact form on the Flannels website (which they made very difficult to do as my query didn't fit their pre-specified questions), but I have not received a refund or indeed any response at all. This is very poor customer service.

First time order from you was lost in transit and I never received it. What’s worse is that I had to liaise between yourselves and DPD to prove that the order was made in order to try and get a refund. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied.
