Worst online shopping experience I've had, only sent half my order out, didn't get next day delivery which I payed for and have no way to get in contact with you to report stuff like this, won't be using you's again! Wankers

I have not received my order that I paid a next day delivery for 1 week ago. I received numerous texts and emails that contradicted each other and after emailing, as I couldn’t find a phone number, I had to chase again for an update to be asked if I wanted my order reprocessing or a refund, which I happily took a refund.

If you buy online you can’t return or exchange to a store plus you have to pay £6-50 signed for to send item back if not suitable iv spent more money in delivery’s sending faulty earings back 4 times and shoes..

My son ordered a hoodie. When it arrived it had two alarm tags attached. We had some contact with the support but before we came to a conclusion on how to handle this, they stopped answering. We have sent several remainders with no response. Really bad customer care!

First time ordering from Flannels. Reputable company so wasn’t expecting any problems, however, ordered a cap last week for an event on the weekend and had received the wrong cap. Had no choice but to keep the wrong item as needed the cap for the event. Not pleased to say the least when spending nearly £100 on the item.

It's a shame I cant choose to put no stars as your customer service is shocking and your promise to get a purchase to its destination on time is just as bad. All your customer service kept saying was well cancel and order for next day.

I ordered a Barbour jumper and when it arrived it was filthy dirty with big black marks all over the front and sleeves. I now have to pay for the item to be returned.

£6.99 to deliver to store is unacceptable. Don't care if you get a £10 when you collect your item. No cash refund on returns unacceptable, poor practice. Didn't receive order conformation email until i phoned up. Managed to resend no problem. Didn't receive in store email until i phoned up. Managed to resend no problem.

I had an item delivered to my sisters work address however it was delivered with a security tag attached so upon receiving it I still had to travel to the merryhill store to have the security tag removed before I was able to gift the item.

Delivery cost too much. Then had to pay to return item & unable to find contact email address on website to claim delivery costs back! Messaged social media sites, no replies!
