Hi Team, I received the order last week. Please see attached picture of the Jimmy Choo bag that they came with, it looks like they have been kept on a dusty floor. The shoes are getting returned. I am disappointed by the service offered by Flannels as a long time customer. I cannot believe the cost of the delivery for them to be come boxed in this way. I am also disappointed that the returns is a chargeable service for such premium goods. Thanks Tom

I ordered a large boss polo shirt, come with large tags on, but was about two sizes smaller,cost me £6.99 to get it delivered, I’ve had to pay today 27/8/19 AGAIN, to sen the T-shirt back, another £6, Darlington shop were not helpful at all!!!!, so needless to say I’m not happy with my purchase!!!!

Not amazing at all, been all over trying to get these shoes. Went to the store £120 went the following week up to £140 online price £120 ????? Can’t price match can’t order unless you pay over £250, also liked moschino sliders £75 in store £95 online, staff not busy at all and no one can ever seem to help you it’s like you don’t want the money..... weird.

Paid £6.99 for delivery of 2 items. They came separately two days apart. The 2XL t-shirt that arrived was skin tight (no reference to fit style on the description) so had to be sent back. And oh what’s that? I have to pay £3.55 to return it! I paid £10 for an item that I didn’t even want! Laughable.

Ordered a size XL Gucci web trim polo shirt in navy blue and I received a size L, the item was tagged by flannels as an XL but on the Gucci tag and label tag inside it confirmed it was in fact a size L. Flannels will not admit poor quality control

Service has been appalling. I made my order, asked to change size because I had selected wrong size in error but was told it was too late (despite order literally just being placed). Then I never received either order and just had an email to say I was being refunded because the items could not be delivered. The items were an anniversary gift for my wife (which has now passed) and I have still had no response as to why my order was never delivered. From the tracker, it didn’t even make it from the UK to Jersey where I live. Really poor customer service.

I used to love Flannels,however I purchased an order for an item for a very important occasion involving my position in my employment which was for a potential promotion in my workplace.i purchased the items I wanted for this occasion paid next day delivery so the order was delivered in plenty time before the occasion mentioned.i never received my order next day and I kept contacting Flannels Customer service and was told it is ok it will arrive tomorrow which again happened the next day then the next day and after 9 days is when I am writing this now ,the order has still not arrived and am still getting answers that are just deflecting the situation and blaming whatever,but by this time firstly it is far too late now for what the purchase was for in the first place and over a week later I have still not had any resolution about this order,because of this disaster it has cost me a lot of money and the stress and anxiety about the whole situation gas made me to insure I never shop with Flannels again.the worst nightmare I have ever encountered,very frustrated and disappointed customer Gary Faria ..email address gary197089@gmail.com

The Moncler t-shirt which I ordered online was a different t-shirt to the one I got delivered, when I took the item back to the store to try and get the t-shirt which I ordered it became apparent that the one I ordered online was no longer on stock. I had used a 25% discount code when I ordered this t-shirt and I was disappointed to find out that I wouldn’t be able to get a discount on my replacement stone island t-shirt which I decided to buy in store rather than sending the wrong t-shirt back in the post for a refund. The service in store was fine but I’m very disappointed with the situation as a whole.

Very unhappy with my service. First time purchasing from flannels parcel didn’t arrive the money from my account was taken and dpd said that the parcel had been delivered when it hadn’t. Missed my friends birthday gifts and asked for a refund which still hasn’t been sent back

Package arrived - one pair fine, second pair glasses weren't in the case. Was told couldn't get a replacement as they were out of stock - one week later still in stock on the website. Awful.

I asked for an exchange in size, never got one or had any contact about one?! There is no official way to contact the company? No offer of a discount code for my next purchase, my best friend also had an order from you (Burberry Jumper) and it still had the security tag on it. Poor. I hope something can be done going forward. Best regards, Cecil Jee Thomas

I ordered a pair of McQueens and a Moncler t shirt for next day delivery, only the Mqueens had arrived, contacted CS and had a reply same day and then nothing since and it has been over a week. Wouldn’t recommend

Appalling service. I ordered two pairs of shoes and selected click and collect. I was then informed by DPD, after order dispatched, a couple of days later that they could not deliver the shoes and they would be returned to Flannels. When I contacted Flannels I was told the shoes would be redelivered. The next day the order was cancelled and money refunded. I can now no longer order the shoes on your website. I will never use Flannels again.

I wish I could give this no stars. I purchased a $635 bookbag for the upcoming school semester & they 1. over charged me and 2. Allowed someone else to sign for my package resulting in me never receiving it. Then when I reached out they explained they had a signature from a front office but when I asked the front office claims the package was dropped off at the door. The company takes days to get back to you and really will not help.

I ordered a shirt through the website as they didn't have it in store and i wasn't pleased at all. I waited more than a week for my original order and turns out i wasted my time as it took them that long to notify me it was out of stock and i had to re order the shirt. This led me to wait even longer and got passed the point of why i originally wanted it.
