Incorrect sizing shown on website. £6.99 delivery and then cost of return postage! For an item incorrectly described. Contacted customer services. Totally unhelpful. Will never shop with you again!

Son has been waiting on jumper called local store to ask how long it usually takes they informed me 2 days max week later had to contact customer service to then be told it’s lost in transit so if I don’t chase up then we would still be waiting so not happy at all with service we have received also don’t agree with delivery charge if getting sent to store

Terrible customer service in the Denton store. Rude person on the till. Order was missing an item and she couldn’t tell me where it was. I Still have no idea. She huffed and puffed as it was busy. Dropped my item and then continued to throw the rest of the things she was holding on the counter. She was on her own and a few people in the queue so may have been under pressure. But I have never been treated so terrible in my whole life. I myself own my own business and if she worked for me she would have been sacked on the spot! I waited about ten minutes to even get served so my 5 week old baby then started to cry which she didn’t seem to like either. Myself and my partner spend a substantial amount of money in the Manchester store but have never been to the Denton shop. After this experience I will never shop at flannels again.

Paid for next day delivery and didn’t come in time. As I was desperate for this item I ended up having to go out and buy something else, where as if it came on the day I paid extra for this wouldn’t have been a issue

The item arrived in a damaged box due to poor packaging in transit despite an incredibly high delivery charge. For that much money I would expect luxury items to arrive in perfect condition.

My goods never arrived, the lady on the phone was not helpful at all, the item was a present and i was very disappointed to say the least. Just spoke to someone today who has advised that they cant locate the parcel 15 days later but still had the cheek to charge my credit card. I would never order again.

I ordered my item on the 10/08/2019 for next day delivery I then waited in all day for the delivery to then later be told that the parcel would now not arrive till the Sunday afternoon. I then received the item only for the item to not fit so now I need to send the parcel back to which I have no clue as there is no proper instructions on the correct way to do so

Things that were delivered were late, some were not delivered at all ,21st birthday presents, shame on you, not to be relied on or trusted, never again.

Very poor customer services, tried using my birthday code on an order which i had to cancel as i saw the particular item was larger in size than usual and you didnt have smaller sizes. Customer services said they would re-activate it for me, i contacted them several times after it still didnt work and sent emails only to be ignored! Im sure this standard of customer service would be satisfactory for the sports direct clientele but i find it highly disappointing and very rude for what a company that is described as a luxury clothing retailer.

To be honest selfridges and give better customer service and Harvey Nicols and the response was not very well thought out to my complaint I work in customer service as I run my own business and would always like to think I would address in a nicer manner

Top was to small took it back to the store in the metro centre said they couldn’t help me but was told when reviving the goods i would receive a credit note.

Paid for next day delivery and dpd said They delivered and I signed and no such thing . It’s been a week I still have not received my item I payed over £400 for , flannels custom service is awful and haven’t updated me at all I have had to ring dpd to get updates , still not got the situation resolved

Paid for next day delivery. Arrived 3 days later. Of course Flannels kept the near £10 charge for next day delivery. Never again and would advise others likewise.

I thought it was a bit unfair to have a delivery charge for a store collection having spent a fair bit of money on-line. When I picked up my item I was supposed to receive a £10 voucher to spend but for some reason the staff member was unable to give me it, I was told I'd receive the voucher by email but still haven't received it.
