Really not happy that I didn’t receive my delivery and although flannels not at fault I am still being messed around by DPD 3 weeks later. There should be a maximum of a two week investigation then a refund

Terrible. Item listed on the website to be later told out of stock via a confusing set of two emails. Paying for delivery to your own store is borderline ridiculous then the order took the best part of a week to arrive in store. I attempted to contact your customer support and called the store directly and received no communication. Honestly a rather frustrating experience and one I won’t be rushing to experience again.

Ordered a jacket on next day delivery from Flannels. Item was received late and also received the wrong item (long sleeve tee shirt). Had to reorder the jacket and still await a free return slip to claim my money back for the original order. This was x7 days ago. Very poor service for a long term customer. Will not order from Flannels again and will instead order direct from brands I like.

Delivery option was fine. Until I got to Southport store to collect the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Staff were stood around talking not helpful when I disturbed ones of them she acted like I was in the wrong. Another staff member was extremely rude terrible service won’t shop again

Ordered a Stone Island jumper it came without a Stone Island badge. They said I could keep the jumper and they would give me £20 off a £200 Stone Island jumper without a badge haha

Disappointed with the purchase and returned it due to paying £60 + £9.99 delivery for an item that arrived with two different prices on. £48 and the £60 I payed. It left me feeling confused as to why there were two completely different prices on it. I returned it and received a refund.

I placed an order on August 19th, and the order was supposedly collected on August 23rd. I still have not received my parcel and no one is able to tell me where it is.

I am disappointed with the recent response from Flannels regarding a package that their courier left on my front door without it being signed for which was not there when i returned home. Flannels response was that they were not prepared to replace or refund me despite the courier being their responsibility. This has left me out of pocket without the goods that i purchased. Considering i am a regular customer who has spent a considerable amount with them over the years i cannot believe they can do this. Shocking.

Delivery was fine but the coat itself was faulty, the seam on the ‘waistband’ was loose and therefore ripped once being put on. Sent back as faulty product heard nothing back

Hi ordered Gucci loafers, spent a lot of money on them, I paid for next day delivery and ordered them before 5pm. On top of delivering them around 5 days late, me not being able to wear them on the date I needed. Yous also send me the wrong size. I’m extremely unhappy and now I have to go through the trouble to send them back and wait on a refund. Really unhappy and disappointed that such a high end company’s service could be this bad.

Messed my delivery up and took no blame they said they did me a favour for one of my items to arrive a day later even though I had paid £9.99 for it.
