Item took 10 days to arrive & also the wrong colour item turned up, got in touch with customer service and they didn’t even seem bothered, won’t buy from flannels again.

I ordered two pairs of PS shorts(£135) and paid for next day delivery(9.99) I didn’t receive it next day so I messaged to ask where it was and was told I’d receive an email once they had been dispatched, I didn’t receive one then got an email saying you could refund the order. Shocking service and I won’t be buying from yourselves in the future.

Absolutely awful experience! The item turned up covered in dirt and the customer service has been less than satisfactory dealing with the complaint

Returned an item for exchange to be told I had to have a refund as new item was out of stock, however I then went online and ordered new item which was in stock for next day delivery. If it is too much trouble to exchange maybe you should remove option from return label

Orderd a D squared top and it come with the tag hanging off and the collar of the top was dirty after being a regular customer to flannels I feel I won't be returning as the product I have recently biught have been damaged and i Coudknt return as i went on holiday

bought some shoes, they advertised on their website and sent a different pair, stating the website had the wrong image. I returned them from Oz with proof of postage and delivery via royal mail. Flannels claim to have not received them so have kept my money and the shoes!

Ordered a coat which came as a tshirt. Couldn't return item to store... had to pay £7.50 to send this back & was told I couldnt have the coat as it was an error and had been removed off your website.

While suffering with a chronic illness and not been able to leave the house. I had to shop on line for a present . Choose flannels ended up having a stressful experience and being out of pocket it through flannels mistake

I paid an extortionate £10 for next day delivery and got it 4 days later in terrible packaging. For company that sells designer clothing and is very pricey it’s not as well put together as you’d expect.

I bought some items and the delivery was free. then the basket froze. I had to re-order it all and you nicely added a handsome delivery fee? I never trust a company where the contact info is nowhere to be found... just a maze of "did this answer your question?" WOuld like a refund of my postage but I genuinly don't expect a reply. If I do you may have returning customer... if not... guess what Fin big_fin@icloud.com
