Horrible. I have not received my confirmation email yet for collections of my items I have ordered . Poor service !

my delivery would be Friday online, then Saturday told by customer service, which the could do nothing. This would of missed my wife birthday. Also I was told I had to go to 3 stores, to get all item. This would of been After driving from Peterborough. 3 hours from my home address. After purchased online over £2100 Then got a text Friday saying the items are in my local store. Absolute disgrace!!!!

Ordered my item online to collect in store. When I went to collect it the staff in the store couldn’t find my parcel. I was told someone had collected a parcel the previous day under the same name. I now assume that they gave my parcel out yet this has not been said specifically. I was asked to come back later that day so they could call head office and find out what had happened. I wasn’t able to do that so I left my number for them to call me. I have not received a call back since Thursday 26th September and I’ve tried to call the store multiple times a day every day since and no one has ever answered the phone. I’ve sent an email to customer service on Friday 27th September and no one has responded to that either. I would also like to point out that the £7.99 delivery fee to store is extortion! It’s the same fee whether you have it delivered to your home or to the store. In hindsight I wish I had opted for home delivery. Extremely unhappy that I have spent a lot of money on an item that I don’t have and cannot be found. I am now going to have to return to the store at further expense to me to find out what’s happening as no one has bothered to contact me with an update. The customer service I have received so far has been appalling! I would be very grateful if someone could please, please contact me about my purchase ASAP!

The item was flawed and scuffed and the box looked like it had been in a fight with a lawnmower. The address on the returns label is incorrect, your email address comes back undelivered and I am yet to receive a reply from you about the return. Shower of s**t is not too strong a description. Fortunately I bought through PayPal otherwise I’d be worried about getting my money back. Even so I’m out of pocket £13 for the postage to return the item.

Selected the size on the trainers that I wanted and it automatically changed my colour selection, didn’t realise until they arrived and cost me £11 to return them. Customer service said it was my fault. Box was torn and dirty (would expect this on an item that costs £370)

Two of my previous orders have been cancelled due to out stock but the item was still showing available till next day which was abit annoying

I bought a Y3 hoodie size XL , the on line description stated it eas regular fit so buy your usual size , which i did , on receiving the hoodie it was enormous , like a XXXL , it measured a 60 inch chest , hardly a regular fit as described , Ive returned the item after being mislead by the websites product description, wasting postage fees and time as I was mislead , I also noticed on flannels outlet the prices have been increased , to coincide with the 20% off promotion on this weekend , do you think customers dont realise this ??? Off putying to say the least Ill be cautious of ever ordering again from your site.

My first order was returned because I was not at home when they attempted to deliver it and failed to leave in the designated safe place 😔 - although this was more the fault of the courier company to be fair. Then my second order was commenced then cancelled stating it was at my request and that I had ‘changed my mind’ when I had not sent a request to cancel if any kind. So two orders later I still do not have my item and just not sure whether to risk attempting to buy from here again!

Expensive delivery, very slow delivery. Said I would receive my goods the day after I complained the item never arrived. Took nearly 2 weeks and several complaints to get what I ordered. Poor customer service. Would never use flannels again

Very disappointed I have ordered a coat online for a present and have picked it up but I could be stuck with this as only have 14 days to return but birthday is longer than 14 days away

I ordered some Vivienne Westwood earrings online along with a key ring for my girlfriends 21st and when she opened the box there were no earrings to be inside, never ordered anything online and it hasn’t been in the box, I’m very dissapointed with the service I have received since calling up about the problem haven’t received a single email saying the situation is being investigated. I do not expect this from such a well known company as flannels. Not happy.
