Absolutely terrible, bought from the shops previously but never online. Paid for next day delivery and the coat took 3 days. Problems returning it and no help from Flannels very poor service

I am really disappointed with the service provided by Flannels I did a click and collect order over a week ago, did not receive any email to say it has been delivered to the thurrock store, website says upto 3 working days. I called the store several times no one seems to answer. After a few days of calling someone finally answered only to tell me I “would” receive an email to say if it has arrived.. I email customer service on the same day for them to tell me it has been at the thurrock store for a few days now. Poor customer service and no update on my order. I spent ALOT on this order too! Not shopping again really annoyed as it was a Birthday gift well now a Belated gift

Flannels sent me my order out in a terrible state the box for the shoes was not a box it was two lids from a box put together, also the shoes weren’t even a pair they were two right feet and had to be returned customer service were unhelpful just wanted me to return them.

Ordered a pair of trainers and paid for next day delivery only to be informed later on after the money had left my bank account that the trainers where out of stock. Refunded the money but disappointed that I was unable to obtain these shoes despite the fact that they were available on the website.

Absolutely appalling. My parcel was 5 DAYS LATE because it got LOST and I had absolutely no updates or contact after ringing up repeatedly to find it. The present was intended for my partners birthday and it didn’t arrive on time. Will never be ordering from flannels again. You’ve lost a very good customer

Item arrived with a ripped inner bag and a dirty mark on the jumper. Still in the process of trying to return this. Customer service agent has been helpful however this was a birthday present and now I will not get the exchanged item in time for his birthday. Disappointed as I have bought from you before and would have expected this to not have been sent out in the first place.

We recieved our shirt like someone had just thrown it in the bag it came dirty and more creases on it then a pugs face Was disappointed This is the first ever bad review I have given However the shirt fitted my husband really well so we didn’t send it back I have photos to show if requiredxx Sorry

Ordered a pair of Armani jeans, they were delivered with a faulty zip and then I had to pay to return them for a refund. Disappointed and out of pocket!

I think it’s a disgrace having to pay delivery to a store. You don’t have large sizes in your store. Will not shop here again

Terrible. After paying over £200 for a jacket I was still charged £7 for standard delivery. The item did not come as sold causing me to return it. I've already had to ask my partner to stay in to sign for the package, and now she's having so stay in again for it to be picked up (and she's going to have to rearrange her day AGAIN, so that she can sign for the jacket). I, like most people spending over £200 on a jacket, work: so I'm unable to sign for it. I wouldn't buy from Flannels again.

Paying £6.99 delivery for a £233 item is terrible when all other shops it’s free and then I receive a 20 percent discount code day after so have to send it back for refund to buy again to save the £47

I haven’t received my order yet which was due to be delivered on 26th September and I have had no answers from customer service as to where it even is!

After paying £5.99 delivery for my order I would expect it to be here on time. I received a message saying my parcel would be delivered on the 25th September. A day after my delivery date I still had no parcel and no information as to why it wasn’t here. I then emailed the flannels customer service to chase what had happened but got no reply about it. 6 days after the delivery day and 3 emails to customer service later I had finally got a reply from someone on the customer service team. It was a very poor excuse of an explanation as to what happened to my parcel. I then sent an email back informing them of this poor customer service i had received and asked for an explanation as to why this has happened with no reply’s or explanations. Instead of giving me a reason as to why it had happened and sorting it so my order gets to me, they just issued a refund and it was almost like they disregarded the situation. I will not be shopping here again if this is how I will be treated by a high end company with a good reputation.
