Customer service is very slow. Responding to an issue raised after 5 days (not even within the 72 hours stated on the website which is well below market standard). Did not offer any suggestions or solution and have not replied following my response. Not the standard one would expect for a “Luxury Brand” experience.

Paid £10 for next day delivery and had to pay £21 to return 3 items that were unsuitable. Ridiculous.

I have been very disappointed with the return policy, I ordered my items to be delivered to Flannels store, I tried them on and some did not fit, I tried to return it to the shop but was declined! This is very inconvenient and in fact it will stop me from shopping online with you all together ! You are a high end brand selling high end merchandise , the least to expect is a top service to make it easier for customers ! I have paid to get the items delivered to your own store and then told I can’t return it to the same store ! Very inconvenient , and I am an extremely dis-satisfied client . I will not shop with you anymore !

Shipping was late. Missed half of my stuff. Had to pay £7 for post when I spend £235 should have been complimentary.

A long standing customer and respect the quality of product you sell but the service has been disgraceful. the item I ordered on the website and detailed in my account was not the product i received which in of itself is not an issue i expect these things to sometimes happen. I flagged this immediately and asked for confirmation of my preferred outcome. i received a drip feed response. 1 email per day over the course of a week which did not satisfactorily resolve my problem. i wanted to know if the product i wanted and believed i had ordered , was in stock and could it be shipped whilst i return the incorrect product you sent to me. I had to take photos of the product you sent me by mistake and this simple basic question has not even been answered despite being asked x4 times. I was even told to return the product incorrectly shipped at my expense ( this was subsequently resolved ) but i have yet to see the return label so cannot be sure that will happen. there was zero effort to provide suitable communications in response to my quite simple and direct questions, which has made the whole process distinctly frustrating and put me off ever ordering online with you again. Im sure you can tell from the length of this i am not happy in the slightest and i hope the case can be relooked at as a training exercise.. Answering a question or being fobbed off to someone else is not how to handle customers especially when you are selling high end merch

Actually I didn’t satisfied with the latest order, one of my bag was cancelled, however my roommate ordered the same bag the day after me but she got the bag. You sent the email to me said that when I purchased the bag is out of stock, so how can my roommate ordered after me but still get the bag??? I am not satisfied with the response of the mistake of my order and it really disappointed me and I won’t recommend my friends to use flannels.

Bit disappointed Went in Flannels in Denton Manchester shop . Looked at a Belstaff racemaster wax jacket it had a reduction on it from £450.00 to £360. When I enquired was told it was to be taken of the sale so it was 450. When I told the sales staff it should be given at the price on jacket they explained that's not the case? Anyway I went online and went on Belstaff and C.H.O. websites both £350. Priced. I purchased the jacket from C.H.O. as it had the jade olive colour I wanted. Very disappointed with Flannels that why 1 rating only. Yours faithfully John Murray.

2 items were missing, some were dirty, returned the whole order, they did not refund me for the 2 items, paid £9.99 delv and £6.49 to return items. Never ever i will place another order, no customer services no, response to e-mail very slow. Very poor. Disgusted overall. Will send a letter of complaint to CEO! I will never ever order here in my life!!!!

Purchased goods only half delivered raised a dispute ..... customers service shocking as I was made aware at my store that there appears to be a pattern of goods been ordered online and customers receiving empty box ...... then suggested that I have purchased with the view to re-sell ..... if I could rate a zero it would still be to much

I ordered 4 items: 2 x Vivienne Westwood t shirts - print quality was awful I haven’t even bothered taking them out of the packet. 1 x pair of shoes due to arrive Monday, got a notification to say there was an error? Likely to be resolved in 24 hours and I’m still waiting. I am now on holiday so not at home to take delivery.

This company is all that’s bad with customer service in this country and as for my product was too small medium so large would of been better but by the time it had been delivered the large was out of stock and the returns procedure would of gone over the time limit and is too much hassle to bother so not happy after paying £190

Absolutely rubbish very disappointed with their service. Forgot to attach correct paperwork to my package so it was returned & didn’t turn up for my sons birthday. Customer service unhelpful too.
