The customer service is appalling! Wouldn’t give me shirt measurements when I contacted through the Facebook page. Tried ringing the metrocentre store for shirt sizes but nobody answered the phone. Not the company it used to be, so I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I needed the clothes for Friday and chose to receive the parcel by Thursday. it didn't arrive so I went into the meadowhall store who had no idea where it was and they couldn't find the same clothes instore. it arrived the following day when it was too late, only to be told I had to collect it and return it myself at my cost and that they had nothing to do with on-line. I will never order again from you. I was also given a £15 discount voucher but I could only spend it instore. you didn't have the size coat I wanted and they told me if they ordered it, I couldn't use my voucher.....anti sales prevention!!!

Ordered a pair of heels only to be sent the wrong colour. The shoes then sold out so not only did I wait in for the wrong pair to be delivered, then had to wait in for the wrong pair to be collected, I’ve also had to wait for my refund after the large sum of money was held on my card!

Ordering products that appear to be in stock only telling me that they aren't and finding them in the website in the size I ordered the day after and more expensive. Also paying for the express delivery service to have my order returned to them without contacting me and when I reached them saying they had a problem with the address which I had used for previous orders with no problems.

Still haven’t got my parcel spoke with your customer service and they were the most ignorant person I have ever spoken to I am now £90 quid out of pocket and I have spent thousands in Cardiff me and my son i will now go to tosuey from now on shocking deceitful company

Considering I purchased next day delivery it took almost 5 days after emails to let me know that there’s an issue with delivery. I had to continuously email and I still haven’t received my delivery just been told a refund is on its way no explanations. Wouldn’t even tell me the right direction or best email to send a complaint. Very very poor service

I ordered some Grenson loafers. One was black, the other purple/black and clearly been worn as the sole was scratched and the odd colour makes me think it has been in a shop window. So annoying!

Customer service is horrendous trying to get a hold of them is bad, made an order which came separately on different days which wasn’t the day was texted, to return a pair of trainers cost me £20

I ordered a Kenzo jumper for next day delivery on the 30th of September for it to arrive on the 1st of October and it didn’t arrive so I rang back up again on the 2nd of October promised it that day, and yet I’m still here waiting for it and it is the 7th of October it’s disgusting. I am very upset with the quality

Items were in poor condition as marked and dirty! Item wasn’t packed properly neither. Box was battered and bruised. Been trying to return but customer service haven’t been clear.

Placed an order then had no further updates or progress reports had to then place a enquiry to see what was going on with the order they kept saying my ref was not correct only when I said I would cancel my payment did I get anywhere rubbish service
