I wish if I can give no star at all. this website stole our money. there is no phone number to contact only email and they don't reply withen two days. you wait a week or there is no answer at all. I have order a tie before Christmas time. I've been told that I will receive it within two days, then they told me within a week and never received it. I requested many times to cancel the order as it took long time. in the beginning and after many emails they told me your order has been canceled. I did not receive a refund. I emailed them many times and still did not receive the refund and did not get any reply back to my emails or messages. when I check the website. the status of my order still under ( ready to ship ). this fake website gave me hard times and made me upset during the Christmas time. I ordered the tie to give it as a gift for Christmas. never receive the tie and never get my money back. this website should be reported to the police as a fraud or scam.

Staff so unhelpful in the Liverpool store seems they are there to pose and serve there family rather than bother with customers who are keeping them in a job. I wanted to order in store but the assistant told me to order myself on line when he was there and could do it! I then ordered on line and was told I didn’t order the item. There is no contact number to call anybody live chat isn’t available a total nightmare experience and my issue still remains unsolved although my credit card has been debited. Awful experience someone certainly needs to show the staff abit of Customer Service!

The customer service is shocking, seems to be a computer generated response always from ‘Jade’ I was advised incorrectly prior to purchasing goods and they will now not pay for the return cost of postage. Rubbish

I purchased a skirt that was too small. I paid $140.00 to return the skirt to UK, and it was not accepted at customs and returned to me. Never again!!

Bought a birthday present for my husband and used a next day delivery service. Did not arrive and then get email saying low stock. Received 4 days later and guess what?! Still had a security tag on it. Absolute joke !!! Emailed them and guess what, no reply !!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL WORDR EXPERIENCE EVER FROM A HIGH END DESIGNER RETAILER.

Appalling customer service. They sent a promo email advertising free delivery on orders of £150 & over and then charged me delivery! When I complained via email as no customer service number, they told me it was because I had redeemed a voucher within the order DESPITE the fact I had spent an additional amount of over £150 on top of the voucher. I have emailed twice to escalate the complaint and they have just ignored my emails. What a disgusting arrogant & ignorant way to deal with your customers. I will never give FLANNELS any business again and will be pursuing this via another route

*** CAUTION WHEN ORDERING ONLINE** they say they have sent the items but they are not within the parcel and then do not give you a refund. Completely get dismissed by their customer services and literally dont care if you are down over £££. I went to store and bought the item i did not receive as it was an important xmas present and still i am not eligible to get a refund for an item i DID NOT RECEIVE.

I purchased an canada goose expedition, when item arrive, i noticed that it has some broken point. And i checked how to spot an fake distinguish an fake canada goose, the item i received is totally same with the fake's describe. And then i ask Flannel to refund me, they said they cannot understand my English?? WHY???? How could they do that. I just want to start a suit in a law court, they are just crime with selling fake, i want a fair. 请不要因为我是一个中国人,就歧视我!Where are the PETAUK guys? You guys can protect animal's right, but even do not care about people's right? In Chinese, we said '恩足以及禽兽,而功不至于百姓者', you guys, you country, BAGA British Brand will never understand that

Disgusting service- AVOID What an absolute shocking company. Such poor service. When I placed my order I only had an email confirmation. And had no update on my order that it had been processed/processing or when it was out for delivery. The Birmingham store never answer the phones(avoid this store) so I physically had to go out my way to the store after 5 days of no update on my order. They said they couldn’t help. Shocking. Customer service is a joke here as they promise you call backs after they claim to get in touch with the warehouse-in which they don’t call you back. After no update in over a week my coat finally come. Would rather have just been told if there was a delay. Don’t expect to send an email and not get a reply. Such poor service you don’t expect to receive spending £900 on a coat. Will never ever order online from flannels again or shop in store. Will be using Harvey Nics from now on. AVOID BUYING FROM HERE:-)

I placed an order for next day delivery and did not receive it the next day. it's been well over a week and they've not done a single thing to help resolve this but had me wait longer and longer. Tracking from courier shows they not receive the parcel from Flannels. I'm not sure what i should do as they've taken my money and won't give my item.

High ticket item order never arrived. Can't contact them by phone and when I emailed just got the bog standard response passing the buck to the courier, that they employed ! Eight days later the matter is still unresolved with zero input from the company. Poor, will never use again, can see this ending in Court !

DO NOT Order from here! Awful customer service, they sent me a faulty item & then would not send me a returns label to send this back, i sent them images showing the fault & they basically said there was no fault when the images clearly showed that there was a fault they did nothing at all to put it right. Customer service is just shocking. I will never ever be ordering from here again. You rather shop at Selfridges, Harrods, Net A Porter. Avoid using this company for such expensive Item.

Items arrived but with no dustbags. Contacted Flannels only to be told that they didn't have any and that we could send the items back - Really!! We asked that as the items were Christmas gifts could they send dustbags when they had some in stock (I don't believe they had run out). Advised that the warehouse team would have a look and 2 weeks later still no further response from Flannels despite chasing - Really poor customer service an experience. By the way I am still waiting

Ordered a CP company coat that arrived minus the goggle on the coat sleeve. Although reimbursed, would not expect this to be posted out without it. Very disappointed, lesson learnt, will not buy on line again when purchasing expensive items.

Very disappointing experience, my items were mis-delivered over a week ago and still awaiting investigations from DPD. No solution yet I hope Customer services come through and rectify this mess have sent numerous emails but just keep getting told DPD are looking into it. Not good when you've spent almost £1000.

DON’T BUY FROM FLANNELS. They send out empty boxes from their online warehouse and leave customers with no goods. They know there is a scam going on with staff at the online warehouse but try to bury the problem and leave their customers out of pocket. Be warned and avoid this company as there is a high risk you will receive nothing and have no where to go as “ they can prove the package was posted”. Yes no ones disputing the package was posted but it’s an empty package. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
